Eu tenho um apego emocional gigantesco por esse mini-drama (filme de duas partes?) que me deixa sem palavras até hoje. É bom, muito bom. É um dos doramas obrigatorios que todos deveriam assitir quando estão entrando no mundo dos romances de epoca coreanos.
Muito curto, a historia é simplesmente perfeita do incio ao fim. O charme deve ser justamente por ser curto, não acho que seria tão emocionante sem fosse um k-drama de 12 eps, por exemplo. Tudo começa e acaba bem rapido, deixando um sentimento de saudade quando você termina de assitir. O romance é fofo, leve e extamamente emocionante.
Você sai querendo mais da historia, mas provavelmente não seria o mesmo.

Appena finito e già lo riguarderei

Avete presente il film "Un'americana alla corte di Re Artù" con Whoopi Goldberg? Ecco, questo drama ve lo ricorderà molto, anche se decisamente più romantico. Presenta anche elementi che mi hanno ricordato sia Narnia che il manga Anatolia Story. Insomma, l'originalità non è la parola d'ordine. Eppure mi è piaciuto veramente un sacco. Lo riguarderei molto volentieri. Tutti gli elementi della storia sono stati giostrati molto bene. Abbiamo un inizio, un percorso e una fine. Nulla rimane al caso, tutto viene spiegato e ha un suo risvolto. Davvero consigliato se cercate una storia d'amore, e se volete passare due belle ore spensierate.

I was looking for a drama to watch on my commute aka a drama that had short episodes which is when I came across Splash Splash Love. I am glad I found it. It was a just a cute mini drama to pass the time. Sure it had it flaws but overall, I liked it a lot.

Story: The story had unique timeslip concept which I had never seen in another drama before. I liked that the male lead's character was actually a guy from Korea's History because it did some educational stuff and connected some characters to actual people. I thought that was unique too. I also liked that the past and future were somewhat connected both when the female lead was in the past and events that happened in her own time period. I thought that allowed the story to be nicely tied together at the end. One thing I thought the drama didn't need was a bad guy....I get why the bad guy was put into the drama but I really didn't think it was necessary. The story was nice and fluffy and good without a bad guy.

Acting/Cast: One downfall for this drama for me was the female lead. I didn't particularly like aspects of her character. I thought she could have been acted better either by that actress or another actress. I did think the female and male lead had good chemistry though so that is a plus for me. The male lead I LOVED! I will probably check out some other dramas of his.

Music: Don't really remember much about the music.

Rewatch Value: Probably won't rewatch it

Overall: If you are looking for a short drama that is very satisfying and has some beautiful cinematography...This is the drama for you. It is just a cute and fluffy drama where you can't help but fall in love with the characters and story. Definitely had some comedy and cuteness.

I thought it was fast paced at first, the development of the characters were too speedy for the first 2 episodes. I was waiting for the next episodes only to find out that it is just a 2 episode drama HAHA so I think i have to rewatch it and bear in mind of its 2 hr. length.
I think the story and plot is interesting. I think it would pass as a 16 episode series. I watched it because of the plot actually. The setting however on the joseon era wasn't that realistic. I was expecting it to be more formal or strict. But then considering the nature of this drama, its genre and the mood it presents. I think it is a good show. It is worth watching.very light and fun.

When I read the introduction of this drama, I find it not interesting so that even though I had seen it many times in the website, I had not clicked to see it. However, one day, I did not have anything to see, I decided to give it a try. At first, I thought it is common time travel drama because I had watched many time travel dramas and novel. However, after the first episode, it hooked me. And now it is one of the best Korean dramas I have ever seen.

Everything is nearly perfect, especially the main cast. Doo Joon is born with the King's face. I did not know about BEAST and did not know he is idol before watching this drama. So surprise that he can convey all these emotions. He can express many faces of the king and a man. I think this role suits him better than the role in Let's eat. I did not pay attention on Kim Seul Gi in Surplus Princess, but I start to like her in Oh my Ghost but she is not outstanding enough in OMG. Now, I am totally impressed by her in Splash Splash love. Her acting is very good and natural. She looks so younger in SSL than her other dramas. The chemistry between the two main leads is both intense and cute at the same time.

The combination of story, direction and music are great that I had to search the writer and PD immediately. The writer is new and I also saw the old tv drama of this writer. In that drama, Kim Seul Gi is also the main lead. It is also interesting even though it is cannot be good as SSL. Her next tv drama is Universe's star. I am looking forward her next TV drama. Now the writer of SSL in my writer's list. I love the way the writer/director Kim Ji Hyun created the characters and how the characters developed.
Both the main leads's story developed in their own and together. The second leads's acting is ok even though they are not perfect but due to the lack of time, I am still satisfied with them. The main leads is 10/10 acting while second lead cannot achieve 10/10 so I just give 9.5 despite the fact that I want to give 10/10 in all section.

This story has some small flaws but the most I felt sad is that in the end, he still does not know her real name. He loved her, right? At least he should know that even though I understand why the writer did that. So 9.5!

In conclusion, this TV drama is the best Korean drama I have seen recently. The story is better than both Moon lovers and Moonlight. I have to say so. This drama makes me want to see short drama. Before watching SSL, I always liked watching long Korean drama.

Adorable mini romcom!

Likes: No matter how many times I've watched this (which is an embarrassing amount), it continues to make me laugh. It's utterly adorable due to Kim Seulgi and swoony due to Yoon Doo Joon's gazes.

This 2 episode mini romcom is fun, funny, and so cute! Whenever I'm not in the mood to get invested in a new long drama and I just want something that's lighthearted, funny, and mindless entertainment, I turn to this mini kdrama. Kim Seulgi plays a high school senior who time travels back to the Joseon era and becomes a cross dressing eunuch to survive and Yoon Doo Joon plays the King who gradually falls for her.

KSG is such an underrated actress that deserves leading roles like this. She's great at acting, is so funny, and has this quality that makes you root for her right off the bat. She's adorable. Yoon Doo Joon is charismatic as the King and sometimes his gazes would just make me melt. The two together create many comical and fun situations where the chemistry is just awesome. This drama is silly so you can't watch it with a serious heart so if you are just looking for something short and sweet with logic thrown away, then I highly recommend checking this out!

Por diversas vezes acabei vendo esse dorama em todo canto quando procurava algo para assistir e isso já tem bastante tempo. enfim, finalmente resolvi dar uma chance para esse kdrama e me surpreendeu o fato dele ser muito divertido. Juro, devia ter visto anos atrás ao invés de só passar o olho pela capa.

O bom é ele ter só 2 episódios talvez se tivesse uns 16 poderia ter me feito desistir. Infelizmente doramas históricos não são o meu forte mas esse teve muitas coisas que eu gosto/gostei, bastante cenas engraçadas que me fizeram rir tanto, também tem um casal de protagonistas fofo. Acho que irei dar uma ouvida melhor na ost para escolher minhas favs.

Lightning in a bottle
Short but oh so sweet. I really liked the story and the message of this show.
There isn’t much of a story you can tell in just two episodes but these were jam packed with a lot of emotions, I found myself laughing a lot and really liking the stakes.
The actors did a phenomenal job of conveying a spark (and it’s not easy to be likeable in a 2 episodes story).
My one regret would be that it was too short and by the time you really get attached to the characters the drama is over. I’d have easily watched 16 episodes of this.
