Abyss (2019)

-Soundtrack's FL is also in this drama.
-Main leads have been friends since childhood.
-Fantasy driven drama with a killer at lose plot + sweet romance + Park Bo Young (I mean, duh)
-Leads wake up to find eachother in different bodies after an accident causes one of them to lose their lives.
-Lots of people might hate this drama but it has become one of my faves for specific reasons.

difference: plot
One of the plot is super sad while the other is more lighthearted

Similarities:
Both stories involve childhood friends falling in love
Both involve childhood friends having a secret crush on each other
In both stories, male leads are super loving and protective
In both stories, the male leads predict that they are going to have a baby

Both have the same male lead and both are very meritorious but fictional tales. One great difference between the leads of both shows is that in The School Nurse Files the leads are more friends overall and even though compassion is shown for each other, it isn't elaborated on. Whereas in Abyss the two leads do end up in a relationship.

They both involve a person dying and going into another persons body. Both people learn new things after they “died”.

Also a criminal romance, both with some special out of this world aspects and in both main leads are implicated in a criminal case and a criminal wants to kill them.

I hear your voice: the guy is able to hear peoples voices when he looks in their eyes, the female lead is an attorney

Both fantasy with a touch of Romance. I find them quite similar but the main plot is different. Main leads are also very very handsome.... BUT they were both dramas I enjoyed a lot, with a strong cast and script. It also has humor and just everything you would want in a drama. They both had a happy ending as well!!

Very similar feel. Supernatural parts come out of nowhere. If you love/hate KSS you'll feel the same about Abyss.

Similar plot about an attractive woman who dies and comes back as a overweight (Goddess of the Court, MBC) woman lawyer / Average looking woman lawyer (Abyss, TvN) .

Supernatural legal dramas about soul swapping with a romance plot.
Goddess of the Court will be a remake of the American tv series Drop Dead Diva.

In both dramas plays Park Bo Young FL and there is body swap involved. In both was female character killed by serial killer. Oh My Ghostess and Abyss are supernatural dramas with cute romance.

Both dramas are about a person (ML vs. FL) who magically transforms into a very attractive person, allowing them to get close to the person they've had a crush on. Both have the same actor as the ML.

The tone of the drama is similar. Few words are repeatedly used by the main leads in all the episodes. Both dramas doesn't proceed in the way you expect it to be.

Although Abyss has magical fantasy in it as well but other than that the concept is similar. Both series has same second male lead as prosecutor and similar twist and turn!

I don't know why but for me they seemed similar, I think it was the "supernatural/fantasy" aspect, if you liked Abyss I'm sure you'll like W too.
