"3 Nen A Gumi: Ima kara Mina-san wa, Hitojichi Desu" is an incredibly entertaining and gripping Japanese drama that kept me on the edge of my seat throughout. This drama truly excels in its blend of action, thriller, mystery, and psychological elements, creating a storyline that constantly keeps you guessing.

What sets this drama apart is its ability to evoke mixed emotions from its viewers. The characters are well-developed, and their complexities and personal struggles add depth to the overall plot. From heart-pounding action sequences to thought-provoking psychological dilemmas, "3 Nen A Gumi" delivers an exciting and exhilarating experience.

I particularly enjoyed how the drama skillfully weaves together various plotlines, giving each character a chance to shine and showcasing their unique skills and abilities. The suspense is brilliantly executed, leaving you wanting more after each episode. The unexpected twists and turns not only keep you engaged but also challenge your own perceptions of the characters' motives.

Additionally, the performances by the cast are commendable, with each actor bringing their A-game to their respective roles. Their chemistry and synergy enhance the overall viewing experience and make the characters feel authentic and relatable.

While watching "3 Nen A Gumi," I found myself constantly speculating about what would happen next as the narrative constantly expanded and grew more intricate. The drama successfully balanced moments of intense action and thrilling suspense with quieter, more introspective scenes, allowing for breathers while still maintaining the sense of urgency.

In conclusion, "3 Nen A Gumi: Ima kara Mina-san wa, Hitojichi Desu" is a must-watch for fans of action, thriller, mystery, and psychological genres. With its fun and exciting plot, intriguing characters, and unexpected surprises, it leaves you eagerly anticipating each new episode. Prepare for a rollercoaster ride of emotions and be ready to question everything you thought you knew.

We say 'Actions speak louder than words but it doesn't mean that words have no effect'

THIS DRAMA IS WORTH MORE THAN JUST WATCHING IT IS MEANT TO BE FELT .
This drama needs a lot of respect and admiration. The writer and director did a great job. It seriously is the best drama about cyberbullying i have ever seen . I really can't express how much this drama touched my heart, i cried almost in every episode ( maybe i am just being sentimental but you know what this is seriously the most i hv ever cried after watching the drama).
This drama shows how you might just say that cyberbullying are just words but they are not ,they are a lot more you know . I hv never experienced it but i still felt sooo much hatred towards it.
Some may say that in the end nothing changed but let's be honest he was able to change one person and that means so much. This drama showed reality and didn't sugar coat it, they showed that not all people can change but if you change one it is still a big achievement .Not everybody can tolerate your maliciously forged knife!!!!

3 Nen A Kumi: Ima kara Mina-san wa, Hitojichi Desu is a roller coaster. Nothing is what it seems in this drama. The only thing that was concistant is Suda Masaki's performance. I never singled him out before as an actor, but in this one he trully proved to be a great actor. It seemed like he even lost weight for this role. The rest of the cast were good as well.
Now, for the story: it was fast paced and full of twists, sespence and action scenes. However, some scenes were repeated towards the ending. And the story reminded me of the anime assassination classroom for the first episodes. But, overall it was quite a thrill and with powerfull performances.

Flawed drama with good premise

I watched a lot of drama, I tend to dislike overacting drama maybe that's why my rating was so low. Anyway, here's the good and bad.

The good:
+ Great build up of the story, you won't feel bored watching and keep wanting to watch more.
+ Great premise
+ Music was good. Help to build the suspense
+ Great lineup of actors and actresses

The bad
- Overacting. TOO MUCH. Esp Suda Masaki and Ryota.
- Everyone character just too... stupid??? Esp those cops and most of the students?
- Cliche, The main character teaches their student to think before they behave; BUT he also accuses someone without proof. Hypocrite?
- Predictable ending
- SUPER cheesy. Let's think? LOL
- Repeated scene and storyline towards the end.

Overall, a good addition to winter drama, but definitely with some flaws

A must watch in today's society

I must start by saying it was magnificent. A story so grim that was saved with a wonderful moral at the end. I completely binged watched it the whole day and totally no regrets .

Starting with the story, you realize how society is extremely selfish and does not care about feelings. People think because they have a medium, it's ok to say whatever they feel without worrying about the consequences. The drama totally got the story perfectly done. There was a tension going on with everyone in the classroom that was perfectly conveyed. The ending also had a lot of truth as society has never really changed. We claim we have however there are more people who become keyboard warriors everyday. I must admit halfway through the series I felt that it was showing signs of Stockholm syndrome and I leave it there.

Next, the cast. This was the first time I did not know any of the cast but they played their roles to absolute perfection. The cries, the screaming, the way everyone composed themselves. I was very annoyed with the detective but i now realize that is how detectives work. They will find the person that committed the crime. So yes the cast was perfect.

On to the music, i don't really care for the music and this drama was no different either. BUT there was a opera-ish song that i thought was quite good in one of the episodes.

I would rewatch it again if i was bored and i had nothing else to watch it. The main purpose or the moral was perfectly conveyed so it's a wonderful show already.

i think overall its a total recommended and would be a good drama to watch when you're free and feel like posting a mean comment. That's all and have fun watching

A major sharp critique of modern life-style and social media.

I think think this drama is relevant as well as important.
Hatred has increased a lot in social media in last few years.. People easily judge others and easily express their rude behaviour. Nobody considers others' feeling.
This drama represented today's social media in the best possible way.
I haven’t seen such major sharp criticism of modern days lifestyle and social media before. This drama deserves so much praise for what it implied. Japan is always good in social commentary and they proved this time again.
Please watch this 10-episode drama.

When I first came to watch this show I was very enticed by its plot and story. A teacher who essentially traps a class in the school and takes them hostage with no way for them to escape. It is a very good idea I would say but the story-telling just falls through.

There are so many plot holes that it hurt to watch. Some are obvious and some are less obvious but watching this show and seeing obviously stupid things happening again and again made it a hard show to watch. My least favorite thing in shows/movies is when the writers do not know how to make the story progress so they write in an obviously bad idea so that the story can progress to that point- this show was abundant.

Lets start with the list of 9 plot holes (rant time, you can stop reading here if you don't want):
1) Right away, the police can get a thermal sniper to see through the windows and shoot the obvious teacher body. Super obvious, but lets just call the police incompetent thats fine. Also I'm using sensei to reference Hiragi Ibuki.

2) Next the class can just simply overpower the teacher together and take his explosive watch. It took the class a long time to do this and when they finally did it he randomly decided to switch his watch to his leg. Why? To make him seem super smart even though this is incredibly stupid. This idea though is probably the biggest plot hole in the entire show, the class had countless opportunities to overpower him and take the watch. They could beat him unconscious, they can grab him arm, its extremely easy to overpower this teacher he is obviously not so strong he is just good at fighting for the most part. But you know, lets say they were just too scared he would blow up the class room in retaliation, ok, but they still committed anyway many times and could easily have overpowered him so many times but that would stop the TV show so they decided to put in plot holes. To fix this plot hole the writers shouldve just had him state that if they were to attack him at all he would blow up the classroom. But instead sensei actually asked them to fight and he put himself in great danger to be knocked unconscious for no reason. Just to have action for the show? Just to put extra suspense in? No clue. I can literally write more paragraphs about all the opportunities the class had to overpower him and solve the show but you get the idea.

3) Next loophole is when the class suddenly decided to side with him. In what world will you hear a sob story about a teacher wanting to protect future students from the same fate? The class literally went from "We hate Reina" to "Reina was an angel lets let sensei trap us in a room where we cant change clothes, sleep or eat comfortably for who knows how long- and with explosives planted above our heads so we can solve one persons mystery. The four people he threatened to blow up suddenly went from being scared-for-their-life-crying, a surely traumatizing event- to wanting to protect and help sensei to achieve his goal of solving a single dead girl's mystery, SERIOUSLY? There is no world this happens, even in a universe with infinite possibilities this would never happen... but why did it happen you ask? Because the writers didn't know how to progress the story otherwise and keep sensei a "good - bad guy"

4) Next they realize that sensei won't use the kids as real hostages so they are about to send in the special agents. But what do you know? One cop decided to go on ahead and put his career at jeopardy- for what? To try and solo arrest him? Ends up fighting him other than having a gun in his pocket and shooting him? You're pretty clear to shoot this terrorist at any point. But I guess the writers didn't know how to progress the story without giving sensei a new hostage, and they literally just decided for this detective to go mental, risk his life and literally hand himself to sensei. At this point I feel like I was about to go mental just seeing these plot holes but I wanted to know the entire point to this show at this stage.

5) Building off the last point, suddenly a super hero shows up to save sensei from imminent defeat... this hero guy just knew this chance meeting would happen and that sensei would lose the fight so he decided to be there to defend him? Come on this show isn't more than a joke at this point. The writers are literally so bad at their jobs they can't think of common sense ways to progress the plot.

6) Then there is the time where he shows himself on the roof and he gets sniped. Why go on the roof? Can't you do it in the classroom? The writers had this idea where they wanted to make sensei look like a genius, so they put in stupid scenes just to do that and have him decide to wear a bulletproof vest. Then he stands back up and laughs to show off his bulletproof vest... did the sniper pack it up and go home? "Alright boys I hit him and he fell down I'll be going home now." Snipers can be very accurate, it was time for a headshot from the same sniper... but I guess that would end the story.

7) This same plothole even leads into the last episode where he reappears on the roof. Im sorry but the cops technically don't give a shit about why he did all this. Their first priority is to kill this terrorist and save the kids. He literally announced he will go to the roof and even told you the time he would go... its time to set up like 10 snipers and tell them all to open fire. But I guess the police just wanted to hear the why.

8) His entire reason for this event was to stop cyber bullying. Yeah cyber bullying is bad and all but is this the best way you came up with to combat that? Tell people you tricked them a couple times and laugh at them? He looked like nothing more than a madman who went crazy. He wanted to portray that he is a crazy lunatic that will blow up the school and he starts yelling at people on a messaging board and laughing at his own joke. Im sorry but you are just a comedy act to everyone already, you have no credibility at all, nothing he says actually means anything.

9) Finally the last scene is that she saves him so that he can live in pain in prison if not given the death penalty for what hes done. Sure the class liked him, but my god blowing up a school and taking a classroom and police officer hostage for 10 days is something that might be punishable by death in Japan.

Now these plot holes are literally off the top of my head, I'm sure I can think of more if given more time, but thats good enough for now.

This entire show is nothing other than an interesting plot written by children. You want to finish it because you want to know the why is he doing this and how did Reina died etc. But the story telling was done horribly leaving the show with countless plot holes and the absolutely worst path from A -> B.

Let's Think!

This is one of my favorite J-doramas of all time. I absolutely found this drama such a gem, it's really an eye opener. It shows you the dark side of using social media, how cyberbullying and harsh words can really affect someone on the other side of the screen. I love how this drama really addresses these issues and sends a message to not just the students but to us (the audience) as well.

Just to let you know this is a dark and heavy drama. There are some violence and sensitive topics to this, but I assure you that this series is really worth picking up and watching.

Things I have enjoyed:
- Let me just say I love most of the casts' acting here in this drama. They brought their characters to life. Must I say that, Suda Masaki, really took the spotlight. I seriously love his performance as Mr. Hiiragi. Every expression and lines that he delivers in this series was just so good.
- Story is really fast paced, I love how the story build up and kept me at the edge of my seat from start to finish. I could feel the tension throughout the series.
- Unexpected plot twists that would happened during the drama, and how each of the students were connected to the incident.
- It may be just 10 episodes, but you also get to know each student very well in this drama. It was really nice seeing their character development through the series, especially at the end.
- The strong message they would like to convey not to just the students in this drama, but to everyone who was watching this.

Cons but they really never bothered me too much:
- There are times it felt over the top, either with some of the cast being too dramatic or with their reactions. But that's really fine.
- I felt there were some loopholes, especially near the end of this drama.

Overall:
I seriously recommend this drama to everyone, especially to those who love heavy and thriller dramas! I hope to the future watchers that they'll enjoy this series like I have and that the message this drama wanted to convey also reaches you.

This drama is given me back again to jdramaland after so many slumps!
I kept holding on this drama I watched it until episode 2 after that I didn't continue watching it for months until I finally finished watching it. Thank god! I didn't regret to watch it marathon.

First, the plot was really catch my attention. It started off like presenting any Japanese drama, from background, and story until you immersed watching it and mind-blowing with those plot twist. Kidnapping, violence and maniac teacher which is quite new for me yet it began to get more interesting. There are so many "Lesson of life:" in this drama. It teaches me how to use social media really well, be responsibility and "no more school-bullying". It was a lot less predictable when I normally expect from dramas.

A sad truth behind modern life of internet society

This drama has been in my watchlist since 2020 but I haven't actually check it until this month. With modern life of internet society as the main plot, they made such a neat and valuable story. Each of the students has their own tear-jerking moments and it comforted our heart when we see them changed into a better person and tried to connect to each other instead of being individuals. Suda Masaki acting as always a top notch, the emotion and desperation in his tone, facial expression, it's all perfect. My favorite moment is of course the last episode where Bookie sensei confronted the netizens, how he spoke to the screen while pointing fingers (at us), it was definitely intentional, we are part of it, he was talking to us. Though, the ending made me feel a bit empty, it was a reaaaaaaally good drama.

To be frank, I almost dropped this during the first episode: not another bullying series, I thought! And >>I do not like stories about bullied kids in school. There is so much such tragedies in real life: why watch a drama which does not provide a real , practical answer to the problem not the idealistic one, like here. But more about that later. Even though I wanted to drop it, I decided to finish at least the first episode at the end of which I thought I saw a huge twist. Unfortunately, I saw wrong but it made me continue watching and I actually finished it in three days!

This is a story of a teacher who wants to let the world know why one of his students killed herself and in order to achieve this, he takes a whole class hostage. Over the course of 10 days (=10 episodes), the truth slowly comes out revealing the ugliness behind the "innocent faces of children" and the "teachers' sacred mission". Spoiler alert! The kids are extremely cruel to each other, and the teachers don't give a damn!

The drama is well plotted and paced: the characters' stories and their connections with the deceased girl are revealed slowly. The suspense is palpable and the story is believable. Unfortunately everything falls apart in the idealistic and completely improbable ending: trying to speak to people's soft and reasonable side when everyone knows it is just talking in the wind. It is really silly. And even though what he says is truth, the facts are obvious, we also know that you cannot change people's base feelings, primeval instincts and insecurities and incite them to be nice to each other.

The acting is amazing with the best being, of course Suda Masaki. The rest of the cast of kids, are all pretty awesome!

The production looked a bit cheap: the camera work was really cold and clinical (digital cameras?). They probably did not have a big budget therefore the number of extras is very limited (only look at the number of parents who are there pestering the police: about 10! for 29 students? Where are the others? Calmly going about their daily life waiting for the police to free their child and send them home? As you can see this bothered me very much!!!). Another issue I have with this drama is the music. I liked it a lot but most of the time it seemed like they did not know what to do with it: they played the wrong music at the wrong time: very disconcerting! This is something I noticed in a number of j dramas, the wrong kind of music....

Apart from the disappointing ending which still managed to wrap everything nicely up, I ended up loving this series after almost dropping it, the suspense, the complicated story, the intelligent plotting. A great ride!

Loved it!!!

Why i gave 9 as overall, idk i cant afford wasting tissues after if i watch this drama for the 2nd time....this drama was about 10 eps about 10 days with a teacher who took 29 students/ his students as hostages....10 things he taught differently relating to 29 kids or more likely us....the twists, thriller, mystery piling up each ep....writer made this story so perfectly....Each character have something to relate.

Each actor/actresses gave their 1000% or put more than that much efforts in this drama...acting is really really good!!! My respect and salute to pull this off. I had amazing time watching it...

I wont recommend this drama to the ones who dont like violent stuff...i mean which involve physical fights but it was meant to be....to make the students understand....Hiragi sensei the characer i loved the most, he is neither we can say good neither bad....he did what he had to atleast he got the guts to down to the rough path....if you watch this....you will understand. Those who want to give a try , yes it will be kind of nerve wrecking....lots of emotions you will be feeling....you will have a roller coaster ride of emotions....for me once i started watching ,i couldnt help but complete it , i was so drawn and this drama keeps you interested. I liked the ending but i wanted him to live but he didnt. I mean this drama is as realistic as possible...so its ok.

It will be worth of your time to watch this amazing drama! I hope you all like it!!! So 'lets think' if you are ready to watch it or not! ( This line is lame but i had i say 'lets think' after hearing these 2 words in all 10 episodes??)
