NOTA GERAL: 8/10
Patinação e amigos de infância? Pode contar comigo! Patine até o amor é uma obra divertida e descontraída, sendo que o maior defeito dela é o número exagerado de episódios para contar tão pouca coisa. Se você decidir assisti-la, recomendo que veja aos poucos para não se cansar demais.• História (7,5/10): Como um drama de esporte, é natural que o roteiro não seja muito original, mas ainda consegue entregar conflitos interessantes a serem enfrentados pelos personagens e construiu relacionamentos bem desenvolvidos.
• Visual (9/10): Patinação no gelo é algo lindo e eles conseguiram traduzir isso bem aqui. Além da direção maravilhosa sobre o gelo, eu tenho que elogiar os figurinos dos personagens e os belos cenários, especialmente durante as cenas noturnas. Outro detalhe divertido é as roupas combinando dos casais, algo bem fofo.
• Som (8/10): Muito bom, as músicas são usadas no momento certo e são cativantes.
• Personagens (8/10): O elenco é legal, mas os triângulos amorosos são um pouco irritantes, e esse drama tem muito disso. Acompanhar a jornada dos protagonistas em busca de seus sonhos, por outro lado, é o que me manteve assistindo esse drama até o final. Vale ressaltar que o casal do médico e da veterinária merecia mais tempo de tela (eles tinham muita química!), inclusive a confissão deles foi mais bonita do que a dos personagens principais.
• Entretenimento (7,5/10): Divertido, mas ficou arrastado depois de o casal principal começar a namorar. Podia ter mais patinação e menos casais secundários, além de encurtar o número total de episódios.

Dropped this because of Janice’s annoying facial expressions.
I may have not dropped this if it is not Janice who is acting on it. Her exaggerated facial expressions really put me off. It is truly annoying me. I do not know why people find her acting good. Maybe I need to watch her other dramas. I belong to the minority here. I really can’t fathom why this drama is hyped. I think it is mediocre. Though, I find the story refreshing from other normal romance dramas because of the “sports” genre in it. Nevertheless, I hope I can pick it up again, watched it and prove myself wrong.¿Te ha parecido útil esta reseña?

3rd episode only, and i want to drop it
This is not my cup of tea. The FL portrayed as the cool girl treats her friends so badly .... the ML blames her for bullying and we guess it is a misunderstanding ... but the way she treats her friend and talks to others actually are a form of bullying.Drama talks about strict diet for athletes in a way too light way and im tired of chinese dramas calling the overweight guy "fatty" :(
Too many stereotypes that make me tick in this drama. I'll continue to watch 1 or 2 episodes, if storyline does not chane, i will drop it for sure.

Initial impression rather than a review
Obviously, after dropping the series after just 4 episodes (in fact after three, I watched the fourth one some two months later and it didn't help) I cannot really provide a proper review, so here's just my personal reasoning.Note that I'm writing this as huge fan of Janice Wu: I truly dislike the character she's playing here. People are praising the fact that she (the character) is not another dumb sweet girl, but for me the creators went way too far in the opposite direction. The character (at least how presented in these first episodes) is simply a bully; she was bully in the past, she is bully towards the male lead in the present (which I'm OK with, as I don't mind ML&FL bickering), and what's by far the worst, she's bully/bossy towards her friends - or I should rather write 'servants'. The 4th episode does make some attempt to portray how she won them over, but to me it still feels like "I helped you this once, so now you'll follow me and I'll order you around".
Maybe it gets better in further episodes, I don't know. For me this series is already a lost cause and the biggest disappointment of 2020 so far.
