Worth a watch
Pretty interesting movie!Zombie movies may be cliche or some may find them boring but personally I love them. I find it interesting the way each story moves differently and seeing different renditions of the same "disease". I have a soft spot for them but it wont keep me from making an honest review.
To me this movie drew in my interest very quickly, within the first 10 minutes of the film starting we dive right into our apocalyptic setting. No wasted time on any back story or what this disease is ( in a movie setting ; meaning its short run time, to me is preferred ) jumping right in and showing us more of the realistic side of what happens in the beginning. Another aspect that I enjoyed with this movie was, it gave us a lot of answers early on that in other zombie movies tend to leave us without. His family, typically in solo survival movies a question we are often left is "what happened to their family?" Starting off the film with that information gave us an easy way to strictly focus on the survival of our main character and truly see and relate to his feelings.
The actors did a fantastic job and with the minimal (main) cast made it easy to follow and stay focused. The music wasn't too prominent and i honestly don't remember much honestly but that is a part I'm not particularly picky about. Even if you don't typically enjoy horror or zombie movies I would still recommend that you watch this. It has some fun moments, good progression, tad bit of hinted romance ( maybe it was just me ) and a good resolution.
The only critique I have is for the last quarter of the movie, it seemed to burn out just a bit. The ending was alright but slightly shorter than I wanted it to be. It started off strong gave me a meaty story along with great acting but rushed out the door a bit quick. This film had a tasteful twist but it seemed to be rush in the later half.
Overall will suggest you give it a watch, and I know I will watch again!

Really nice movie (to watch during a pandemic)
This movie is not a masterpiece. But it's a really enjoyable experience. I didn't have any expectations before watching and it turned out to be a good movie. I like the zombie genre because it's interesting to see how each person deals with the crisis, not just psychologically but technically - what gadgets and tools they use, what clever ideas they think of to survive. This was definitely rewarding in that sense. I liked that there weren't many characters and that it was more about action and less about "trying to be heart-breaking". Surprisingly, the end brought me to tears a little bit. It carried a message of hope, to keep going. That you should never give up and always try to live. It also shortly showed social media and in a positive light, because it can be used for survival.The message is something we all need when dealing with this pandemic. It was quite healing and encouraging, actually.
Though I don't think I'd watch this film again for its simplicity, I recommend it to everyone who wants some distraction, action, but also a little bit warmth.

The first zombie i watched with a happy ending
The chemistry between yoo ah-in and Park shin-hye was unbelievable i hope they meet on a 16 episodes drama some dayThe movie is surprisingly good for a zombie movie,i really liked the acting on this movie,it was so realistic for a zombie movie,yoo ah-in really did a great job portraying a gaming junkie,who stays at home a lot and doesn't buy groceries (a movie hint) and they didn't give a lot of backstory to park shin-hye's character except from her phobia but i really enjoyed her character she was fearless and so brave and looked beautiful while doing it
And the highlight of the movie really was the happy ending which was so surprising to me because if you watch a zombie movie you usually expect a sad and unsatisfying ending but it was the opposite for this one which was great like who doesn't like a happy ending
And i really enjoyed the aspect of social media in the movie and the fact that social media really saved the main leads because of a instagram post
It's a ten out of ten for me ,I'm actually have been exploring korean cinema and this movie is a highlight for me

Excited and point from the start,,, just survive not focusing on where and treating the infection
Very excited start, The main story start from the beginning,,although only telling about how they survive from infection, but quite excited, unfortunately there are details that have been missed and it is not clear where the infection came from and the prevention of infection
There's no telling where the infection came from ,,, just finished until when they are rescued, like train to busan,,, For me, this does not end.
But the funny thing is day 7, the water has not finished,but drinking his father's collection of beer,,but when the water spliled , he drank the spilled water
On the 10th day he said the food and drinks had run out but on the 15th day there was still enthusiasm for dancing and the same cellphone with the one he tied on the drone ? ,, the same wallpaper ,,isnt his cellphone already dropped because lowbatt?

Worth making your own mind up
Whilst i found a few parts a bit dull and it kind of dragged on, on the whole i really enjoyed this. It was shot well, acted well and ive no real complaints. Wont be for everyone but if you have the time you should at least form your own opinion (male lead, for a fps gamer, was a bit of a pussy and quite slow on the uptake i guess is the only critisism i could add). Strong female didnt disappoint and stayed strong (pleased with myself when i recognised her from another show, a small pat on my back even if i didnt know her name )¿Te ha parecido útil esta reseña?

I really like zombie movies, and so one day I saw #alive on Netflix. I watched it the first time let me just tell you, I fell in love with the male lead and the female lead. The way everything is set up, and how the actors and actresses played their roles so good omg. Park Shin Hye did an amazing good in her acting. Yoo Ah In did an amazing job as well. From the beginning till the end, you can sense a relationship-building up with characters.I'm not going to spoil it, you're just going to have to watch it for yourself to see what I'm talking about

Such a nice movie!
I was worry about that it won't be my taste..but I was wrong. I’m satisfied now, finally I found a movie what I like..with zombies. (anyway I don't like movies where are zombies, but this one is worth it to watch).? The story was just like any ordinary, average zombie-movie, but this movie had this little pinch of romance, and also some lesson how to work with someone, and felllowship(?). l something metaphorical about the COVID-19 going on nowadays. And also I have seen some metaphorical references to COVID-19 going on today.
The zombies here were much more scarier than in other movies, just because this movie want to show us how dangerous some virus, even it's not looks like dangerous.
But of couse what I loved about this movie is the happy ending! Who hates happy endings, am I right? ;) Plus points for that! But I hope the movie creator give us some more type or movies OR they produce a sequel! aw
????? Anyway the cast was also great! The main cast was perfect, and also their acting skills was..omg! I loved every minute and every second.
The support role was also fine, without objection, impeccable. PERFECT!
⭐️ Overall, a 9/10, very thrilling and super fun to watch, even tho I don't like zombies, I fall for this one uwu!

What to do if you end up in a situation like this?
This zombie movie was an intense story with some much needed humor and dives into the human psyche in a zombie apocalypse. It is not better than Train to Busan, but it does stand out as its own movie.The story was not the best written because you jump into the action of the movie not even 10 minutes into it. There were some parts not explain like how it began, but I liked it was a mystery on how we don't know how a zombie apocalypse could happen. I also like the reversal of the two characters roles, will explain in a second. One of my favorite parts of the writing is we got to look into the male lead's head and how he feels about what is happening around him. There were some hard parts to watch in this movie so watch out!!
Acting: I love Park Shin Hye in this role. Please drama gods?! Give her more of these type of roles!! I liked that the female lead got to do a lot of the action, and not just the male lead. Yoo Ah In did a fantastic job on giving us the human side of how to react to the world around him. They were fantastic together as allies and the chemistry was great too. I am also glad there was no romance in this movie!! I would feel a romance would slow down the story because the action was fast-paced. The slower moments were about the character development and I appreciated that immensely!!!
Music: The tone of the music fitted the tone of the story well. The music made the story more intense, or emotional or funny (the little that we got).
Re-watch: I have watched this a couple of times already. I think you should watch it first for the experience, then maybe another viewing to figure what is happening. I think it does require a couple of watches to appreciate this more. But I would also understand if you only watch this once since I could be hard to watch at times.
Overall, I would recommend this movie to anyone who likes zombie apocalypse movies, action, and the actors. It story may not be as deep as Train to Busan, but it is an entertaining ride from start to finish.

Realistic Zombie Movie
This is one of the realistic zombie movie. During covid period, we can related to the characters and plot. Although Covid is not as bad as zombie situation, we might sometimes caught up in a situation which we didn't prepare for.The movie is very much focus on characters and slowly developing a story and how they react in those situations.
In the end.. we are just ordinary people trying to survive in those unexpected situations.
Give it a try. There can be some lessons that we can learn.

Dead Days?
ZOMBIES!!! You know I'm here for it! So you know when I saw it pop up on my list, I had to watch it ASAP! From the very start I was instantly hooked. I couldn't put my finger on it - because I admit it was actually a pretty slow start, yet... not. It was different. I also couldn't shake the feeling like I had possibly seen it before? But, I pushed that feeling away and became engrossed in the movie but slowly but surely I KNEW I had seen this before... But... where...WebToon readers I'm here for you. You've seen this before as well. Y'all ready for this? 2015; Dead Days.
Yep, I kept telling myself "noooo surely not." but as soon as they got to the 8th floor, there was no denying it was definitely Dead Days. I tried to look up and see what came first but the only thing I could find was this is the adaptation of the english version... or the other way around? Not sure. I haven't seen the english version either. But it looked like it was going to release this year as well? Which is interesting. If they did get the idea from Dead Days, I kinda hope they give the creator credit. If it's vice versa, then I hope the same thing as well.
Now to the actual movie, I'm not even knocking it. It was kick ass and it's always amazing to see a good story come to life! The acting was on point and I couldn't help but laugh a bit through the movie. Especially with the "Last meal" ramen because of the commercial. Lol It's the end of days and they gotta throw in a ramen commercial. hahahaaaaaaa I see what you did there and it worked because even I paused to make ramen. X_X evil evil! Lol This coming from a person with a weak stomach too! LOL
All in all the movie was really good, just hope those that have that "I feel like I've seen/heard this before", you have. lol
