if you liked

- mysterious or creepy past events ( more psychological background in IOTNBO as of now, though we have a percentage of that also in LinkELK )

- mysterious or creepy characters ( more psychological cases and people in IOTNBO as of now, LinkELK markets with the viewer's hunch and suspicion on any featured character )

- janet suhh OST that sets the whole atmosphere for the story ( the artist is present in both LinkELK and IOTNBO )

- art style that feels similar in terms of the atmosphere ( creepy fairytale in IOTNBO and creepy culinary in LinkELK )

- a " murder " that is not featured as passively in LinkELK as it was in IOTNBO ( it plays a major part in the LinkELK and a major sub-plot in IOTNBO )

- the main characters are not different in terms of complexity

most obvious differences

- LinkELK is set in a realm of fantasy whereas IOTNBO is set in a realm of psychology

- LinkELK feels more story-driven and IOTNBO felt more character-driven

- the main characters are different in terms of personality and family background

written on 08 / 06 / 2022 - as of then LinkELK had 02 episodes out

not really similar in terms of concepts and settings, but both deal with addressing mental health and various social issues and healing from past traumas. mystic pop up does not have romance as a main genre and is more comedic and family friendly than its okay, but both are similar in terms of over arching themes and the feeling of healing they left me with.

+ ‘Ruthless’ strong female lead character (whose cold exterior hides a lot of vulnerability due to her past).
+ Warm and patient male lead (but who isn’t afraid to call out the FL).

Although with completely different plots, they have similar lead characters and main couple dynamics.

- Um dos principais tem algum problema psiquiátrico e de certa forma mostram um tipo de obsessão pelo outro;

- Em ambos um dos protagonistas trabalham direta ou indiretamente com a psiquiatria;

- Também tem o fato de que os protagonistas se conhecem antes em certa parte da vida.

Both Female Leads are writers and kind of have a bold character, while both ML are hardworking and have a similar personality towards the FL.

These two dramas aren't similar if you do not consider the romance and some character aspects.

Both are set in a hospital type setting. Both have main characters that have truama in there childhood. They work to over come that truama through the help of someone who cares about them.

In both dramas, the leads are connected trough their past but do not know at first. While in It's Okay to Not Be Okay one of the main leads is calm and the other one quite hot-headed, the dynamic of the couple in Thirty but Seventeen is more of a calm ML/ naive FL one. But in no way is it annoying or cliché, do not misunderstand. What they have in common though is that both couples support each other with their internal struggles of trauma. I think both MCs have great chemistry and the storylines are far from cliché or boring. They explore more unique situations and there is never any annoying doubt or misunderstanding between the leads. (At least as far as I remember; it has been a while since I've watched Thirty But Seventeen.) But I think if your taste is similar to mine, you will enjoy both dramas to a similar degree!
