Both dramas are all about revenge where the main female characters of both dramas are badass, hackers and vows revenge on the people who made their sister suffer. Taxi Driver does not have romance mainly focuses on crimes and mystery and Risky gives off makjangish elements but both are twisted and dark dramas.
Both shows have the theme of revenge and justice meted out by those whom the law has failed. It has action in it and is sure to give you a thrill and an adrenaline rush. Revolves around crimes and the loopholes in law. Taxi Driver also has a season 2 that is equally good as the first season, just in case you haven't had enough of this particular brand of shows.

Taxi driver clients are based on someones revenge, its not the same in A as FL is trying to uncover a past incident.

Bad Guys is with criminals employed by the police, and Taxi Driver is with employees of a taxi company who are employed to take revenge on bad people. Both groups don't exactly use legal methods, and aren't afraid to be pretty violent against the bad people.
