The episode begins with the Chief blatant anger. He is so angry he orders Deka Wanko to dress like a cop giving her a week to change her usually outfit. During that time she is not allowed to work on a case, just when a case appears. Meanwhile, the boss daughter, Chiemi rebels against him.
