What is trust?

Episode 6The Governor and Dong Ting Yao decide to trust each other. Dong Yan er confronts Fang YuZe with her pregnancy and he sends her a potion to abort the baby. Meanwhile Dong Tian Yi goes to Fang Tian Yi to ask if he will send his doctor to check on he sister who is exhibiting symptoms that she has had a mental breakdown. Dong Tian Yi talks to his nephew and tell him that he knows of his evil doing but Dong Yule is arrogant about it and refuses his offer but instead enlists the help of a servant to trick Dong Tian Yi. She receives a letter that shakes up all of her trust in the Governor
