Part 1: Myeong Hee and Hee Tae decide to leave Gwangju as soon as the day breaks. They have no idea that martial law is now in effect nationwide and agree to meet back at the terminal after taking care of things before they leave. However, as they go about the city, they realize that things are much different from normal. Part 2: With injured civilians flooding into the hospital, Myeong Hee refuses to leave her patients. Hee Tae begrudgingly stays to help, despite his bad hunch. Meanwhile, Soo Ryeon has a run-in with some soldiers. She gets lucky and runs away, but she soon gets caught by Soo Chan.
