It was really light and fluffy with a small amount of drama which actually made it better
I love how cute the acting is and how its all lovey dovey and funny. I've actually rewatched this a couple of times.
it didn't really have any downsides its also short so its perfect to finish in one sitting while snacking on something and you don't really have to worry about losing interest because its short.
I would definitely watch this again if I wanted a quick dose of fluff.

This is a good drama for people to watch in one sitting. Nothing too boring, but also nothing that kept you on the edge of your seats. It's a perfect coming-of-age drama and also a pretty feel-good one as well. Even after watching it once, I wouldn't mind watching it again.

The plot was nothing unique, but the acting and cast was fairly good. Kikwang did well in portraying his character(although it wasn't too far from his actual life as an idol). It's a good reminder to fans of idols that they do have lives separate from the ones on stage and can/will date.

Most of this drama was good. The back story was understandable, which I enjoy. The leads were relate-able and well constructed, and extremely well acted (which I don't always expect from a drama boasting an idol.) I would have given this a much higher score but the ending didn't quite make sense. Part of the story was left up to the imagination, and if one part should have been explained in detail, this was it.

Seriously, one of the most cute and nice things to watch.
Personally in a web-drama because of the lengh, I don't expect much, some goes for this one too. My expectations weren't that high. But , oh Lord, I was wrong!
The story was not something protypical but it did have some twists . It was a little bit fluffy and cheesy but as I said earlier, with some plot-twists. Not many. Just enough to speed your heartbeat a little.
The acting was amazing. Nothing more , nomething less than amazing. The moments shared between the couple seemed natural and the general chemistry of the characters was very good. I can safely say ,this drama can be counted as evidence that Lee Gi Kwang is talented not only in singing and dancing but in acting too. Lee Da In was very good too. She was able to transmit the feeling of love in the audience with success.
The music was fitted in every occesion but nothing was special enough to be donwloaded.
I watched this web-drama alone, so yeah I would like to give it a shoot with company. In my opinion it's worth to rewatch it.
In conclusion, if you want something deep with special meanings ect this is not what you are looking for. Here you will find a nice and refreshing mini-drama. Cute and fluffy :)

This was everything that you'd expect a romance web drama to be: short, fast-paced, cute and straight to the point. The story is something that is quite common and known to Korea: idols being in a secret relationship, fans getting feisty and the public reaction to that. Hopefully, this short series opened up some fangirls' eyes to see how hard it is for idols to be in a relationship with the person they truly love. The interesting thing that I found out about like 5 minutes ago was that the main character of this drama Lee Gi Kwang is actually legit an idol is a boy group Beast! I didn't know that before so it was really interesting and I think it's an awesome concept. Overall, the story was realistic, the acting was alright. I'd definitely suggest watching this if you want a quick break from a long drama. This web drama is cute, somehow nostalgic and will lift up your spirit!

This is one of the most shallow mini series you are going to watch

The directing ruined it completely By trying to make the watcher get hooked to the drama ,
Instead he made us confused
Can't know the real scenes from the FL's imaginations scenes
Flashbacks at the wrong time
Skipping scenes then coming back to it in a very annoying and distracting way

I should admit both leads had chemistry but the story it self was too rush and too shallow to be good

And the FL was loving too fast and too much and separating too easily
She was so light and trivial

And the last episode I couldn't figure out how both leads returned back after separation

The writer didn't say Even in a wrong time flashback scene as he did from the beginning

It could be more nice story than that and it has good aspects for that
If the writer just make it more solid
It's totally for children 😕 in primary school

Nice to watch once
Since it's only 4 eps.

Interesting Slice on Idol Life

8.5/10 is my rating. This is a 4 episode South Korean mini drama (~21 minutes/episode). Kim Hye Rim (Lee Da In) and Lee Ki Kwang (Lee Ki Kwang) attended school together and were best friends verging on boyfriend and girlfriend. A misunderstanding drove them apart and they meet, years later, at 20 years old. Kim Hye Rim has led an ordinary life while Lee Ki Kwang has become the lead singer of a boy band (an idol). Turns out Kim Hye Rim was the girl he never forgot. Love rekindles but will it survive in the environment of a k-pop idol?

Spoiler 🚨 I watched this to watch something quick and light after watching "City Hunter" which had a much heavier theme. I am also really interested in this aspect of Korean culture as I try to understand how idols are prevented, by their fans, and producers from leading a "normal" life. Stars in the United States do have to go around incognito just to avoid being overrun by over-zealous fans. However, there is not the same level of disdain if a star chooses an "average" person to date or marry. That person may expose themselves to scrutiny and media attention but not so much hatred and ostracism like it seems Korean idols experience. I enjoyed this for what it was and it did the trick for me in terms of lifting my mood.

This is a drama about your ultimate romantic fantasy coming true. Dating your favorite celebrity. We all know it’s not possible, but it doesn’t stop us from daydreaming about it. For a drama with such an unrealistic premise, however, it’s very realistically portrayed. I never thought to myself ‘This isn’t possible. This would never happen in real life.’ I personally love dramas with unrealistic plotlines that allow you to really play out your entirely impossible daydreams, but I also love stories that take unrealistic situations and make them real. This drama definitely does that. The relationship between Kim Hye Rim and Lee Ki Kwang is very grounded in reality, developing naturally and organically. The struggles they face as a couple are, while not relatable to me, very logical. Of course they’re going to have to sneak around and hide their relationship. Of course they’re going to struggle just to find five minutes for a kakaotalk chat.

The portrayal of 20-year-olds is spot on. Kim Hye Rim is very relatable. Her experiences with the opposite sex, the way she reacted to different life situations, it was all things I shared common ground on with her. I also just really liked her. She’s very likeable. Lee Ki Kwang was ridiculously adorable in everything he did. He was like a fawning little puppy whenever he was around Hye Rim. If I were a 20-year-old girl, I would be allllll over that. And Ga Young was hilarious as Hye Rim’s best friend. I would have loved to have had a friend like her when I was 20. Her obsession with Lee Ki Kwang was just so…wonderful.

Despite the drama’s title, however, there’s not actually much exploration into what it’s like to be in your 20’s (apart from what it’s like to date in your 20’s). The story's focus is mostly on what it would be like to date a celebrity, but considering the drama’s short format, I think that works in its favor. There wouldn’t have been enough time to squeeze anymore into the story then was already there.

There’s no real love triangle here, what I call a Love Octopus. Our lead has a crush on someone else at the beginning of the drama, but she quickly moves on from him once he shows his true colors. Most of the romantic tension comes from the main couple having to keep their relationship a secret from everyone. There are no evil romantic rivals for our leads to contend with. Instead, we have a vicious Kpop fanbase and a roommate who may have taken her celebrity crush a little too far. When the relationship is finally revealed, there is fallout, and the couple definitely suffers from it, but it’s all worked out to everyone’s satisfaction by the end.

And the roommate finds another hottie to crush on.

Everything about this drama is pretty wonderful. The camerawork is beautiful, very aesthetically pleasing. The storyline is very well thought out and grounded in reality. The acting is flawless. And the eye candy is very eye candy worthy. At 4 episodes of 20-25 minutes each, there’s really no excuse not to watch this drama.
