Gay Romance Side Stories (Dramas)

This list is of Gay Romance/Relationship/Hook-up/Implied Mutual Affection side stories.

It will mainly include shows that are not known as "BLs" or that I feel are lesser known (probably having a heterosexual first lead couple). The primary pairings include lead, support, or guest roles (which I will note next to the title). The screen time of the side couples may range from a few minutes to hours. Those that have very little screentime, I may have included because they somehow contributed to the plot. All countries are included.

Notes:
- Any dramas with a first lead "BL" couple will not be included.
- Please note that these titles have no guarantee of a happy, healthy relationship or ending to that relationship.
