Kdrama without Breakups in the end.

The FL broke with ML. But within hours or days she got into an accident and went into a coma. During that time it was ML who took care of her. So I won't call it a break up. They gets separated, But not because they decided to break up. But one of the leads loses memory in the end due to the accident. But they still won't break up.  Also no after couple of years nonsense. They decide to work on it and then he recovers his memory.  It has a happy ever after ending. 

Pls check this one. I am not entirely sure whether this one belongs to no break up category.

This drama started with a breakup. But the ML mysteriously thrown into the parallel universe, where the leads are husband and wife. They were in love with each other and absolute happy moments throughout. Then ML comes back to his world where ML and FL are broke up and ML got back together with FL in the end.

The couples break up somewhere in the middle of the drama. But then get back together after just a little while. No breakup in the end.

The leads break up because the ML was some one who was meant to return to his divine world from the realm of human world where the FL resides and ML leaves to his world. But you can't call it a break up because they haven't started their relationship back then even though they kissed multiple times. It is just FL rejected ML because ML is some one who has to return. But after ML returned back to her world, they stayed together until the end.
