Zirdge's Favorite BL Series

I was a bit hesitant on the chemistry of Up and Kao since this is their first BL series, plus the fact that when I saw the trailer, I thought it is a typical BL series because the trailer was so detailed. But I was surprised because the storyline was different and the acting was amazing. I love this series because they did not rush every moment; that is why every episode is a masterpiece. I really love how they ended the series because it still gave me hope for a sequel. The novel/script is brilliant because it was well-written to the point that I am convinced with the content.  The series is complete, but I still want more KaoUp screen time.

This series does not need too much intimacy because the cinematography, the fresh chemistry of EarthMix, the acting skills, and the story itself made this BL series a GMMTV masterpiece. It taught me how to appreciate what I have and be contented and grateful for the small things around me. The partnership of EarthMix off-cam reflected on the series because I can feel their genuine emotions. 

Usually, sequels suck because of the story continuity but there are few that are so amazing just like I Promised You the Moon. There are two episodes that got me so emotional for two weeks because the plot twists were so great and the acting was perfectly executed.

The writer and the director may have signature elements in their BL series but surprisingly I am still hooked even if the main couple were new. I so love the simplicity of the story and the cuteness of all the characters. I so love the ending.

Before I started watching this series, it took me several reflections because I thought it's another uni plot, and most of the actors are new. Still, the moment I finished the episode, then I realized that it's interesting. I think that all of us will agree and hope for season two since there are many stories to tell after the final episode. 

I must admit that YinWar is one of my favorite BL couples.  I must admit that I never expected the ending, but I should understand the purpose. It really showed how good actors they are and I loved it.

I was never into the series at first because of the slow progress of the main couple compared to the side couple. But I do love the chemistry of the main couple towards the end.

The freshness of the actors, the acting, and the plot twist surprised me in a good manner.
