C'est une superbe série. L'acteur principal Ji Sung est époustouflant dans ce rôle taillé sur mesure pour lui !C'est un acteur que je ne connaissais pas, du coup je vais regarder ses autres séries.
La réplique est très bien donnée par Kim Min Jung qui est détestable à souhait !
L'intrigue est bien menée, parfois volontairement un peu lentement histoire de bien énerver le spectateur.
C'est très bien filmé et très esthétique.
Les autres personnages secondaires sont un peu décevants, notamment Park Jin Young dont le personnage est un peu fade et pas tellement crédible.

beautiful drama
everything is well done in this drama, the acting, the plot, the music !2 Korea, one kingdom, one republic, and a way to go from one to another world.
The story is very well built, when you re-watch it you see how thorough it is.
The OST is one of the best i know for a series, always a pleasure to hear.
The casting is great, the 6 main roles are absolutely perfect. The chemistry between the FL and ML is good, but also the Bromance between Lee Min-Ho and Woo Do Hwan, and the "more than friendship" relationship between Kim Kyung Nam and the FL. The prime minister is very well played as well.

série très belle
c'est une très belle série avec de beaux acteurs qui jouent parfaitement bien, notamment les 3 leads, que ce soit des rôles gentils ou méchants. Il y a beaucoup des scènes comiques, que ce soit avec les leads ou les personnages secondaires dont certains sont de vrais boulets !les décors extérieurs et intérieurs sont somptueux ; les costumes sont très élaborés, les coiffures également. Les bijoux utilisés sont très jolis, il y a un sens du détail dans ce drama qui est très bien.
On retrouve des éléments de décors de la série "novoland pearl eclipse" en plus du personnage principal d'ailleurs.
une mention spéciale à Xu Kai Cheng que j'adore !
l'histoire est bien construite et intéressante avec une montée en puissance des sentiments et des mauvaises actions à un bon rythme, on n'a pas le temps de s'ennuyer !
Je n'ai pas eu un intérêt particulier pour la musique de la série, mais c'est une histoire de goûts.
Pour les fans de séries historiques, c'est un plaisir, je recommande !

the Female Lead character has nothing to do in an hospital, she faints in surgery LOL ! nobody can buy this script ! I dropped at episode 4, there is no hospital in the world for her, and no one is firing her ! Im sad for Ahn Yeo Seop who is very good.i liked the season 1 but this one is too much, it s supposed to be an hospital, not a kinder-garden !
We still have the main lead as teacher Kim, but of course we have the bad Director Do ... he is very good actor (i loved him in "beyond evil"

i love it !
This series is awesome because the Main Lead and Female Lead are very good, the scenario is rich, with a lot of twists.Xu Kaicheng plays a business man, a control freak with trust issues but somehow we can love him, episode after episode.
I love the little flashbacks at the end of each episode, it s well done, dont skip it !
The FL is a very nice woman, too nice and too confident and she is unlucky ... The supporting actors are nice but i would have loved a more intense love triangle !

one of the best series
I really enjoy this show, with nice costumes, hairs ... your eyes are always full of stars ! The actors are incredibles, Xu Kaicheng and Willam Chan make this series so real. The tension between the MLs and FLs are well played, and you might have 3 love stories (or not) .It is one of the best series I ever watched. It s filmed in the imperial city (or forbiden city) and it s beautiful, it immersed yourself in the past. Xu Kaicheng is made for this type or role /part, i loved him in "well-intended love", he is smart and he has a huge presence. A masterpiece !
In this drama you have 2 quests, one for the FL played by a stunning Yang Zi looking for her life, her love, and the second quest by Xiyan Cang Xuan looking to rule the empire.Half of the drama is located in mortal realm, with the FL looking like a man, leaving as a doctor. She will meet the other leads there, but nobody will talk about her male appearance even if Xiang Liu and Tushan Jing discovered it. In the second part of the drama she will be back as a princess, and we will see more plots, broken love stories etc.
What s make this drama outstanding is the acting ! Yang Zi is clearly on my podium of Chinese actresses, same level of Xhao Lu Si. The character suits her so well ! The male leads are very good too, i discoverd Tan Jian Ci, and he is sooooo good ! I really want him to end with the FL !! I m looking forward the season 2 !
