Both have dumb kids/ young adults entering a place that is off limits for a reason. Pretty much no happy ending BUT even though the premise for both these films are pretty much the same, GHA is much better in terms of the scare factor.

Both dramas deal with a bored housewife finding excitement with another man. If affairs are a sensitive theme for you then I would not recommend either of them.

Both have less is more approach with the horror but I must say that I found Dead Stock to much more enjoyable. Some of the acting in Akuryo was funny and I assume that's not what they were going for, while Dead Stock seemed more natural and creepy.

Both have a main character that is quirky and weird but likeable, with an ensemble cast of funny characters as well. Both are work place shows that have customers coming and going with their issues that not only add humor but heartwarming stories too. If you seriously like one then you are sure to like the other.

A collection of different stories with a creepy aspect to each one. 100 Tales of Horror stories are more emotional with some being down right sweet or sad. Mysterious Summer stories are more on the macabre and reminds me of the Twilight Zone and Black Mirror. Both are a really fun watch.

Pretty much the same premise in both stories:
Pretty lady in trouble
Handsome cop to the rescue
But is she innocent or guilty?
Mystery and intrigue- it has all that

Desperation.
Both the female leads went something and will do anything to attain it. In Helter Skelter we have a women who is a beauty and will do what she can to stay that way. With Dream Home we have a woman who wants a condo with a water view and will do what she can to attain one.
Both show that sick side of human nature in a gruesome way. Leaves us asking: What would you do for the thing you want most?

Both have a lead who is secretly very good at fighting. Once word gets out about this ability, they are endlessly targeted by different groups to see who can finally beat the protagonist.

So its pretty much the same story-line BUT the Taiwanese version is just much more deeper and imho better. This is the summary/ continuation of the Japanese drama. Its not bad for something to watch if you need to kill time.

Male lead can not remember faces but encounters a woman he can't forget. Rich Man is a remake of the popular Japanese drama 'Rich Man, Poor Woman'.
