Both are quiet films that depict their main character's romantic relationship as it was, without sentimentality. Both movies can be boring and pointless for some, but the top-notch acting from their leading actors (Moon So-ri in Sa Kwa and Han Seok-kyu in Solace) made them watchable.

Both are about ordinary people trying to live their life in the work place. You might even call them dramas about (among other things) office politics; it's just that Life took place in a hospital and Incomplete Life in a trading company.
Both are about an older man and a younger woman who, through their shared connection, learn to work out their personal hurdles and become a better person.
