This drama has changed my Mind in regards to historical dramas, there was no slow episode . No problem stayed there lingering for a long time, they where all solved fast. Making it exciting. They could have made more episodes. The theme song was well chosen. I almost forgot that it was lee min from boys over flowers. He was superb in this one.however SPOILER kind of! I don't know why they keep on giving inconclusive endings I hate them.they were no clichés. Overall it was superb. but after watching it again i have realised the repetitiveness off problems they should have worked on that and a more satisfying ending

This was definitely interesting a lot of back stubbing sabotage jealousy blah blah blah... And women had all the power. It's like the emperor and crown prince where pawns on chase board. The chemistry was just right. The romance was great and the acting was spot on. This drama was more about love,betrayal and conniving it has very little politics which was disappointing. Because no matter how much I hate real life politics, I love drama politics but this one was more like many women liking the crown prince. The problems weren't that strong and tragic except at the end. And the plot was full of lies the king dint make her prime minister to be with her or whatever. Overall it was okay

first, the music was...wow!!! seriously the songs are still in my head. and the acting was great too.the kids especially,okay this drama was full of cliches like spoiler alert: lost children and blah blah, but around that was betrayal, love, sacrifice and the the evil you can think of, well most of what you can think of with a slight hint of humor since Jung Il Woo was in it. and . Uee is amazing as well.its a bit tragic which covers up all the cliches and makes it more realistic. though i don't think anybody can be gifted with life like do young. watch it you'll get what i mean. i loved it

Not only is the main actress gorgeous but she is also a great actress. To be honest I thought this was going to be the Korean version of princess diaries made into a series, but boy was I wrong. It wasn't that twisted but it had passion. And the kisses were not fake. The comedy and misunderstood situations. I loved when she mimicked historical dramas. I loved this drama. I didn't zone out not even once it was so interesting that I dint realise I was on the last episode till I realised that the story was now really calm, as in no more evil plots, blah n blah . I loved it. It was almost superb

This drama has brought back the hope I lost after watch lu zheng seriously why do you love that drama. Anyway this one had politics,scheming,love and most importantly a dark but sweat prince. It was well planned,the shemes fell right into place. The palace was like a battlefield. The empress was too scary that, spoiler alert the emperor brought another concubine just to deal with the empress and fight with her. This was one of the most disfunctional families in that the emperor is was ashamed to grab his sons woman. Things just kept on exploding. If you watch revenge. It was like having two Victorias in this drama. Lol I loved it and it was almost superb
