I love Yoon So Yi but this is her worst project she picked up to date, even worse than "The Color of a Woman (2011)" or "Say You Love Me (2004)". Barely serviceable story and full of generic makjang characters. Unnecessarily long for such a scuffed story. They created a massive conflict in the last 2-3 episodes and then proceeded to brush it off within half an episode despite having a very relaxed 51 episodes of nothingness. There wasn't much chemistry between the leads. Both male lead sucked. All the relationships sucked, romantic and non-romantic one. Especially with the in-laws, it was exhausting and brain numbing. Series starts out at a fairly good pace but it quickly got a bit repetitive. You get the regular adult children being ordered around by their parents like they can’t think for themselves. You got the richer looking down on the ones with less money. The main difference between this series and other cliche of life dramas was this one just really didn’t feel like a conclusive ending or a happy one. It was just an ending.
