Khun Luang Narueban Bureerak is an evil lord. Although he had many women, he secretly loved Sarapee; so, he bought her from her peasant family to be his servant. Khun Luang was angered that Sarapee rejected him as a lover and tortured her. Eventually, she escaped with the help of Khun Luang's clerk, Pan. While in pursuit of them, Khun Luang got into a severe accident. On his death bed, he plotted and vowed to punish them and their families and their future family members for eternity. In his will, he left Pan and Sarapee a house in Bang Lamung where his spirit waited for them.
