Herederos (2013)

It was good, fun TV shows. While it is obviously cliche to me, but it is not bad at all. It is your typical rich boy and poor girl who loves each other storyline. I notice it has some cringe moments, but the storyline executed well. The problem is that it has too many supporting characters, so some of them have little character development. While I understand why it have 20 episodes because of these characters, I think it should have more plot. The other problem is that some episodes are dragged especially last few episodes. The OST and music was okay to me. The reason I watch Heirs is Park Shin Hye and Lee Min Ho. They have a good job in their roles, but their roles are decent.

If you watch this drama thinking it is supposed to be serious STOP. It is a satire a comedy. the writer knowingly used all the typical cliche she could think of. Its not a high schoolm drama with incredible leads and a captivating story line. its over the top and seriously crazy. The characters are all questionable and frustrating but still draw you in. The show is like a drug that you cant get enough of. It was made to be memed, made fun of and enjoyed. It's also not all bad I actually personally thought it had moments of greatness in the mist of the chaos and I fell in love with some of the smaller characters.

So while this is not the best drama to introduce someone new to kdramas to it is one of those of us who have been here long enought to have seen the good and bad dramas enought to appreicate how insane this drama actually is.

This drama was so good but since I get emotional easily while watching shows this did make me cry a lot. I don't really mind though because the ending was nice and the music was amazing. The actors do so well with their rolls and everything is executed very well. As the show continues my views on characters changed and I grew to understand them more. Characters I liked I ended up not liking, characters I disliked I ended up liking and so on. This is in my top favorite kdramas now. I'm so glad I watched it. You should definitely watch this. If you want something very romantic, dramatic and comical. :)

It actually reminds me of the real life of the rich Thai.
Nowaday rich brats are suicide because of high pressure from their parents in real life.
Not all but this drama is fantastic

I read the news accused the actI. I just watched this story. I might had watched it the past.
I don't remember because I had wathed over 100 Korean dramas since I first saw it in 2012.

Mostly I like historical drama.
Now I will be watching more modern drama.
As a Chinese, Im bored with Chinese drama.
Korean drama is the best of all.
Thai drama is the worst of all Asian.
10+ for this drama.

O que Choi Young Do fez com Cha Eun Sang para atingir Kim Tan foi ridículo.

Acho que na era medieval não seria assim, pois ele já teria sido morto.

Tratar uma garota assim para atingir alguém e depois falar que gosta dela.

E ela ainda continuar falando com ele só um filme/novela mesmo.

Será que na Coréia é assim, até onde essa ficção tem suas realidades?

This is pretty good drama actually. Not your typical chaebols drama, this shows more deep matters. Family, friendship, love, bully, it shows teenagers life from different aspects and values. I watched it when it was first airing and i was also a teenager at that time so i really loved it. But if i were to watch it now i wouldn't be that impressed like how i did back then. The actors are so handsome. I'm type of girl that always cheer the Main male lead. This was the first time i developed SECOND LEAD SYNDROM. Ohh god i wished them to end together so bad yo. I think the MC's romance lacked something. Their romance seemed so dull and lacked. I felt no chemistry at all

Not everything is rosy

It was the first k-drama I saw from Lee Min-Hu and Park Shin Hye. In my opinion, the performances, the stages, the soundtrack, I liked it. I feel that if I saw it again I wouldn't enjoy it as such because to be honest the main characters (the majority) always treat the main characters badly and I don't like those attitudes NOW, but I want to keep the memory that I liked it, I enjoyed it, I I loved at the time, and with that I stay. The story caught me instantly, so much so that for hours I couldn't stop watching it and I finished it in 2 days. It was an incredible experience to be able to know their lives and the chemistry they had (it is essential for me that they have chemistry). This k.drama is to entertain me for a while and that's it, don't expect it to change your life or anything, it's cool to know your life of both but don't expect that to happen to you.

> Honestly, I can't explain what I liked about the series. The story is pretty cliché. Your CLASSIC— poor girl meets rich boy — story. However… it didn’t just mainly focus on the main characters, but also on their family situations.

> The entire cast is GORGEOUS!

> I like Lee Min Ho. Like him even more in “Faith”.

> I wasn’t sure how feel about Park Shin Hye’s character at the beginning and even though she he’s easy on the eye, her acting is average. (She reminds me of JIN SE YEON, who I don’t find particularly impressive at all.) Park Shin Hye is a weak lead. All she does is cry and complain, as if her life wasn't miserable before ML entered the picture. And why ML always chasing after her? Her legs are broken? She can't run after him? Her character is too exhausting.

> Choi Young Do and Kim Woo Bin character drove me nuts.

> YOUNG DO is such dangerous person who literally and physically assault people and their boundary. If not for wealth, I am sure he would have a wretched life after high school. Drinking problems. Dugs. He would just be a total sh%t!

> KIM WOO BIN: I find him disturbingly disgusting! He doesn’t have a pleasant look no matter the angle I view him from. Even when he’s trying to be nice to the girl he likes, it feels creepy. Worse, his constant emotional abused towards his little brother. He’s that type of person who should live a very, long, lonely life and die pitifully without anyone feeling sorry for him.


I started this drama years ago, but never finish. I feel proud and accomplish now having complete it. Overall, I don’t regret spending hours watching. It was enjoyable, for the most part.

The Heirs is a romantic K-Drama in its true form, and if that gets you going, give it a try.

Looking back I was such a fan of this drama! I watched every single episode with excitement, but this was at 2014. I recently rewatched it, because I forgot I actually saw this and.. I know, maybe it's because I've already seen The Heirs, but now looking at it, I think it was the hype and not the actual drama that gave it a place in the top dramas list in the first place.
When it first came out, this type of story was in every drama. Now.. I think the same. It's banal and boring, but the cast either makes the story interesting or not, and in this case it was what saved this drama. The cast was on point, Woobin's role was fitting for him, Shinhye's too, supporting roles were in suitable places which made it interesting to watch. Yeah, the music was dramatic and in some scenes very unnecessary, but I think it suits dramas in that time, when "drama overload" theme was going on and they 360ied on every frkn kiss or accidental touch :D Now it;s a bit better, but I would love to see remake in the future of this drama with the same cast.
All in all, back then I loved it, now it's just cringy to watch it.

"So then stop seeing other men." "Damn right."

I could see why Heirs was one of the most popular dramas at the time it released. The whole cast was good-looking, the plot had a lot of side-plots, and I can officially say I'm obsessed with Lee Min Ho. I don't really see why there was so much negativity about it, but then again people must have been bothered with the fact that the show went pretty slow-paced. Can we talk about how similar Lee Min Ho and Choi Jin Hyuk actually look? I wouldn't be surprised if they were family and never found out.

Kim Tan...wow. He may have been inconsiderate about the feeling of a lot of people, but he was still caring, even if he didn't like it. Cha Eun Sang reminds me of myself in a way; she's going through a lot yet she chooses to be kind and considerate towards others. Choi Young Do slightly reminds me of Kim Tan; he's pretty inconsiderate about people's feelings, but he doesn't care about anyone and doesn't see the point of being nice, even to the person he likes. Yoo Rachel, I mean I didn't like her, but I started respecting her because even after she was rejected, she kept her head high and refused to let the opinions of others get into her head. I actually like Yoon Chan Young, he's a good friend towards Eun Sang, and even if his girlfriend didn't exactly like it. Speaking of his girlfriend, Lee Bo Na was actually a decent character. Yeah she's a little self-centered but I loved her interactions with Eun Sang and Kim Tan. I didn't really understand why Kang Ye Seol was part of the poster since she wasn't really a MAJOR supporting character, but she seemed close with Bo Na, so maybe that's why. Jo Myung Soo reminds me of my friend: happy, yet not satisfied with how life is treating them. Lee Hyo Shin is the most reckless one in this entire series, and I love it. He did what he wanted because he was tired of following his mothers expectations. I think Kim Won and Jun Hyun Joo's relationship was there as a spin-off of Tan and Eun Sang's relationship. They were cute, but they had minimal interactions. That scene where Won was crying really hit hard tho. Tan and Eun Sang's mom are the best, they actually get along really well and I love it.

I refuse to continue, I didn't even realize there were a lot of main supporting characters.
