Not quite but the closest I can think of

Please Be My Family (ML's brother and FL's sister are dead, both have custody of one of their twins, and the leads marry, becoming a family of four)
Warm Time With You (FL is raising her nephew, ML who is also the child's uncle comes to get custody and the three end up a family)
