Rent it? Download it? Watch it online?:D
yes i'll prolly do one of the above :) (like i have any other option) :D...
I just came home from watching it. I really, really love it. My friend was teasing me because I was crying while watching especially at the epilogue.

Lol, i laughed while watching epilogue :D it was so funny to see them in the future but still pretty cute ^_^
On the other hand i cryied in a lot of other scenes...
Just came back from it. For some reason I didn't like it very much. Im not sure but did anyone notice how it was out of focus and shakey sometimes? Or was that just my crappy theater?
Ah, I'm so jealous of everyone who's watched it already! Unfortunately for me, I've been getting in quite a bit of trouble recently so I've been too scared to ask my parents if I could go see it. Plus, very few of my friends are Harry Potter fans, and I'd like to watch the movie with people who are fans so I've been contemplating on whether or not I should just see it alone. Anyways, everyone says it's pretty good (with the exception of Skye up there :P) so that just increases my excitement even more! And because I couldn't stand to wait any longer, I watched the Ron/Hermione kiss already. It was the one thing I was looking forward to, since I've wanted them to just get together already! And although the angle could've been better I guess I'm satisfied XD The weird thing is, I had a marathon of all the movies to prepare myself for this one, and as I was rewatching them I realized that there were so many Ron/Hermione hints subtly placed throughout each of the movies, but I was just too oblivious to notice. Well anyways, I'm just rambling again (because goodness, I love Ron/Hermione. So. Much.) so basically, I'm just so excited to see it that I think I'm going crazy (I probably am, I haven't gone anywhere near dramas in days because I've been spending all my time watching the movies and looking for spoilers xD).

I saw it yesterday afternoon, and I didn't like it much either. The last book was for me the worst in the series, and all of the book's flaws came through Dolby loud and digitally clear in the movie. I guess you can't make a mediocre book into a good movie. =/ If I were to give it a proper MDL review, I'd give it a 5/10.
So I finally watched it, and I have to agree with you guys. The movie was quite mediocre in my opinion. Despite its quality, however, it still managed to make me cry my heart out. It's not even the fact that it's the last movie (although that contributed to my tears too), but there were four particular scenes that caused me to cry.

1) Snape's death. When it happened, my whole entire body was taken over with sobs so I couldn't stop trembling. I was crying so much and so loud, I'm pretty sure the whole theater heard me.

2) Snape crying while holding Lily's dead body. The woman he loved nearly his whole life, dead, and he feels like it's his fault.

3) Fred's death. Need I say more?

4) George turning around, Fred's name on his lips, ready to tell him something, only to realize that he isn't there anymore. I don't think a lot of people noticed this scene (it happens after Harry jumps out of Hagrid's arms and shows everyone that he's not really dead), but I did and it killed me. It felt like it was raining on my face, it was so wet and my tears were blurring my vision and I had trouble breathing and goodness...that scene broke my heart.

And was I the only person who clapped when Neville Freaking Longbottom first showed up on the screen? I guess you have to read the books to know why everyone loves him so, but I've always liked him and I'm so happy with the fact that he ended up with Luna; I've always wanted them to end up together XD Harry and Ginny still have no chemistry and are awkward as ever, but Ron and Hermione were So. Freaking. Cute. My favorite scene in the movie, quite possibly even in all the movies, was not their kiss but when the trio was in the Room of Requirement and Goyle used Avada Kedavra against Hermione but she dodged it and Ron ran after him yelling, "That's my girlfriend, you numpties!" Goodness, I loved that scene. The 19-Years-Later epilogue was so chessy, I almost cringed while watching but otherwise, I think I'm going to be in a Harry Potter slump for a while (which means no dramas for the next week or so, and I've already been neglecting them as it is).

I'm back from the cinema myself.
DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

SPOILER AHEAD!!!
What???????? 10 years of waiting for the final battle and they give the scene 2 minutes?? Furthermore these two alone in the courtyard, while in the book the whole school witnessed the final battle and cheered. Come on, where is the pathos?
Lucky me I read the books - more than once - or I would have understood a dry fig of this story. Important, no, vital details were left out, puzzle pieces which makes this saga a literary wonder.
Nope. Forget the movie and go read the books.

But i dont wanna read the books! Im lazy!
I saw it at 9:45am last Friday. I still refuse to acknowledge that this is the end. Harry Potter is the only franchise film that i like and is willing to watch more than once but i was kinda disappointed with the film. It wasn't the best. When i was in the theater you could tell who had read the books and who haven't base on their reactions

Same here. I can safely say a good 50% hadn't read it.
There was a hilarious moment too. Scene: Harry walks towards Voldemort in the forest, the evil magician points his wand and shoots. White screen.
The cinema was so quiet you could hear a fly batting its wings. And out of the complete silence, a desperate voice rose: "he is deaaaaaaaaad. Bwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!"
We couldn't help it. We all laughed out loud. :D
