When editing your profile, if you need to just change the image source URL, add this to the toolbar that appears when you click on the pic to. This is relevant incase the domain name changes, or you move the location of where you are hosting your pics. This way you don't have to delete it and reinsert the pic and resize, set the positioning, etc.
