You can do this manually on your watchlist when you add or edit a drama (under the advanced tab you can set the start/finish date). But I agree, an automatic feature would be really nice esp since I don't always remember to add it manually and forget when I started it. I also use the history tab there to see when I added it since it shows the watch status and timestamp which can be useful but its only a general timeframe.
