Both MLs are both morally grey characters who don't mind "playing the bad guy" to get revenge for their loved ones, they both have tragic backstories and has their own little team to help them on their quest for revenge. They both work for the law, although Jang Do Han is a prosecutor while Kang Yo Han is a judge.

Both stories revolves around taking down corrupt officials and politicians, but deep down it's more about getting revenge for their loved ones.

A layered plot with a side of mystery that's slowly unraveling as the show goes on, they are both set in a small town with interesting and morally grey characters. While the genre is different, both shows ask the question: How does your upbringing shape you as a person?

ML also plays a younger version of the main character in this. Also, they have the same director.
