Sweet and Genuine
This ties with Not Me for my favorite BL, but I’ll admit this one is much more comforting. I have watched it a few times and I could seriously rewatch it any day. The emotions are so sweet and real, it reminded me of my past love. I agree with many others that this show has one of the best kisses in BL, but don’t skip to it! The build up is what makes it great. It’s also really funny. The chemistry is probably so amazing because Ohm and Nanon are such good friends. It’s a feel-good show, but with a little Romeo and Juliet heartbreak thrown in.¿Te ha parecido útil esta reseña?

This show ties with Bad Buddy for my favorite BL and it made me fall for Gun immediately. (I watched Theory of Love afterward but I prefer Not Me). The acting, directing, and OffGun chemistry are fantastic. This series combined BL with high quality suspenseful action drama. So far, I haven’t seen any other BL come close. I’ve rewatched it a few times now and I know I’ll watch it again! The one tiny drawback is a few moments where the stunts are silly. You’ll know when you see it lol. There may be a few details of the plot that are confusing, but I think it makes it more interesting to rewatch. Terrible.
The story for this show is so confusing and made worse by the terrible English subtitles (on iQIYI at least). The character’s actions and emotions didn’t make sense 90% of the time and the editing and directing clearly didn’t help. The acting was a bit below average but not as bad as the story. The cinematography was nice and that’s really the only highlight other than Candy because she’s gorgeous. After a while I was watching just to see how they might wrap up such a mess, but episode 7 was so ridiculous I have to stop watching. I’ve watched lots of Thai BL and I suggest you not waste your time with this. Go watch some great shows like Not Me or Bad Buddy on YouTube, or KinnPorsche on iQIYI. Cutie Pie on Viki is also fantastic. I hope the actors of this show have a chance to work on something better in the future.¿Te ha parecido útil esta reseña?
So cute! Definitely rewatching
The chemistry in this series is off the charts. Plus, the production is amazing. It’s not the type of plot I’d usually go for, but somehow it won me over because it’s one of my favorite BLs! The underlying message of being yourself in a relationship is really deep and sweet. However, somewhere in the writing or editing, they made a misstep because the first episode, or first 2 or 3, were a bit confusing. It took finishing the series then rewatching later to figure out what the characters were thinking/feeling at the beginning. Still, I suggest you keep watching until the end. Just okay
I know some people really love this show, but I’m not sure why. Maybe if I were in a different mood (or still a teenager) then I would like it? It’s a bit slow moving and unfortunately instead of getting a falling-in-love story, it feels like the love hinges on the fantasy aspect of the plot. It’s too sudden. Unlike many other shows, I didn’t see any real messages or new perspectives (except don’t be homophobic, which I think is obvious already for anyone who is choosing to watch BL). The one thing I’ll say is that it got a bit more interesting towards the end. If you want to watch the most dramatic teen drama with lots of unexplained crying and mysterious stares that last forever, this is the one for you.¿Te ha parecido útil esta reseña?
