37.5 no Namida is a lot more serious and there's no body-swapping but if you liked the theme of taking care of kids like in Don Quixote you will probably like the former and vice versa.

Both are episodic cases with one larger underlying case that's hinted throughout. Even though they are episodic, they aren't boring and don't drag. Plus, the characters' dynamics are kind of similar as well. Dele is more serious, better written, and the characters are more fleshed out but both are still extremely interesting and entertaining.

Both feature a group of guys who are on the run from a group of people and a young girl who is involved. In Wild Heroes it's an ex-gang protecting a girl from an organization whereas Runaway is a group of criminals who help a young girl while they were on the run from the police. Plus Tsukamoto Takashi is in both.
