I watched this drama because it was on Netflix and Yoon Shi Yoon was starring it. I'm seen him twice already, in Hit the top and as Enrique in Flower Boy next door. I don't know why, but I usually like his acting very much, he reminds me Gong Yoo when he was younger.
Story - the story was ok in the beginning, it seemed a good story, but it was so badly made... The plot had two many twists that it was as Prison Break. Every time something was about to happen, something else terrible for the main leads would happen to avoid to continue the story. When I was in episode 12 I was hoping it would have already finish. Perhaps it would have been ok with 16 episodes, even better with 12.
For the two main leads, I didn't have any problem with the gap age difference, because I know the romance wasn't the most important thing in this show, and even better, cause I couldn't see any chemistry between them. And the ending.... I couldn't understand why they made a 20 hours show to finish the same way as it could have finish in the first episode.
On the other hand, there was no character's development. All the time the characters were manipulated by Chong On, the villain, and they changed sides... So, you never know which twist you were going to see, because they hadn't any coherence at all. One moment they think one thing, the other they do exactly the opposite.
Acting - as I said before, I like Yoon Shi Yoon very much, even if in here he hadn't the funniest rol as he had in others dramas. The rest of the casting was good, overall the villain shaman. So, my 5 is mainly for Yoon Shi Yoon.
Music - I only remember one song that was kind of nice and they repeated all along the episodes, so, apart from that, nothing special to say.
Rewatch value - I only watch twice the dramas that I've really liked, so, no, I'm not watching this again.

I had it on Netflix Spain and I was on holidays in my country, so, these are the reasons why I started to watch this drama. I wasn't convince of the model Reply, and I had started the first chapter twice before decided to continue it.
 I liked the story, it's ok, and although sometimes it's previsible, I liked the idea of not knowing with whom the female lead was going to end.
What I didn't like so much was the female lead and her behaviour as a 3 years old kid. It seemed to over exagerated. At least, it was better after the 4 or 5 first episodes.
 I liked the end and the surprises that the story holds (for example, that the female lead had a sister, the doctor future wife and they encounter for the first time...)
 It you have time (and Netflix helps too), and you want to see a realistic drama, and to have nostalgia of the 90s (as it was for me), this is your drama.

Es muy divertida, sobre todo los primeros cinco o seis capítulos son excelentes si lo que quieres es no poder parar de reir. En serio, tiene algunos momentos donde es imposible parar de reir. Cuando la estaba viendo me recordaba mucho a Prison Playbook, donde lo que importa no es saber qué pasa al final, porque lo realmente importante es lo que está pasando durante la serie.
Me gustó la historia, los actores y las situaciones, pero tengo que admitir que al final se me hizo un poco larga. La verdad es que con 16 capítulos lo hubieran resuelto, teniendo en cuenta que a medida que se alargaban los capítulos dejaban de ser tan divertidos.
Merece la pena verla cuando quieras reir. Sin ninguna duda. Es perfecta para ver durante el verano.

No veo muchos dramas chinos (para ser exactos, este es el 2º después de Meteor Garden 2018). Me sigue costando adaptarme a la longitud de los dramas de 40 capítulos o más.
Los contras:
- La serie me ha gustado mucho, pero en ocasiones estaba deseando terminar para ver qué iba a pasar.
- en general los efectos especiales estaban muy bien, aunque había algunas veces que podían haberlos omitido, porque no eran muy buenos la verdad (como cuando el Shen Wei de hace 10.000 años cae bajo tierra con su hermano Yu Zen...)
Los pros (y son muchos)
- es una serie de ciencia ficción, pero cuya trama central no es la ciencia ficción, sino la familia, la amistad, el amor. El desarrollo de los personajes está bien hecho.
- la química que hay entre los dos personajes principales es increíble. Incluso con la censura china y que apenas pueden tocarse, cada momento que están juntos se puede percibir perfectamente el amor que se tienen el uno por el otro. Los dos actores lo hacen fenomenal, pero me quedo con la actuación de Zhu Yi Long. Su personaje no tiene que hablar para mostrar sus sentimientos, con una mirada es más que suficiente. Me gustaría verle en otros papeles, si la duración de sus shows no me echa para atrás, claro.
La música es fantástica. No comprendo prácticamente nada de chino, pero da igual, la OST está ya en mi móvil.
Rewatch value: no creo que la vuelva a ver. No porque no sea buena, todo lo contrario. Sino porque para mi es muy larga. Pero seguro que volveré a ver algunas partes o escenas que me gustaron mucho.
A pesar de la duración, es muy buena. No lo dudéis, porque merece la pena.
