in short, I did not like it at all. Sure, it's realistic, but it's just not it.
I felt its useless and a waste of time. I did not like the plot, and I was anticipating much more than what I got... it definitely was not satisfying...
Could've been better... it had much more potential.. I wish the story was written differently.

I watcehd the korean version of this with jang hyuk and nara... NO COMPARISON! the korean version is 100000000x better and YES I WILL SAY THIS OUT LOUD!
it was a waste of time (though ill have to admit there were a few heartbreaking scenes that moved me) but overall, the ending pissed me off so much.

I watched this because of Arata Mackenyu
When I decided to watch this movie, it was basically because im a hardcore fan of Macken. Generally this movie isn't the type that i would watch or enjoy... but i still watched it and gave it a shot. In short, i felt like it had a stagnant plot. I was constantly waiting for something to happen but nothing really did. I understand it was more of a brotherhood type of movie, but in my view it was just... cars. And to be frank the racing scenes were the most exciting- at least something was going on, and it had you anticipate something...I wouldn't watch it again., but one must praise the actors- they did a good job with portraying the frusrration and sadness, though it had no depth to it because of the story line...
Honestly it's a 5/10 but i added a 1.5 because macken :')

You will cry. When you watch this, you will definitely cry. Very much.
You will cry like an elephant, like a pig, like a monkey... You will cry wishing you had an arata mackenyu in your life. you will cry resenting the writers of this movie. you will cry because he takes on that role. In conclusion, you will cry.
I do not like this move. I love it and hate it at the same time. It is so sad. I knew what was coming- it is so cliche you will predict it, yet It still hit me like a train. I cried so much my eyes are puffy. and I am now suffering a headache that won't go away.
I also wanted to keep the rewatch value blank but they wont let me.... i dont think ill ever rewatch this. but i wanna see his face again. His personality- his character in the movie is what i love the most. AND THE MUSIC- SO GOOD.

This drama is plotless, and it makes absolutely no sense, BUT I LOVE IT!!!!!

If you want something that wont give you a head or heartache, you know, something sweet and straight to the point and adorable and loveydovey... something that doesnt make sense but still makes you feel so loved and has you squealing every two seconds, then

Waste of time
I watched this after considering that this was made a very long time ago. I purposely watched it due to the cliche plot because I wanted something lighthearted, but this wasn't very pleasant. It isn't because of the cliches, it's more due to the production, acting, and direction of this movie. It's just old, and I think this type of acting was the trend back then... Yeah... If this was done nowadays in a form of a story that's written in a better manner and more advanced production, it would be a typical fun cliche. otherwise, taking it as is, it's just horrible.¿Te ha parecido útil esta reseña?

honestly Mackenyu's the reason why i watched this. the concept is not new, neither is the story. would only watch again for macken lol. im completely biased here. I like his face and I like his acting. I acknowledged him first with Kento Yamazaki's Todome no kiss. Little did I know ill end up fallinggggggg and fallingggggggg aaaaand falling for these two. Its rare to find a drama with Macken as a first lead.
