Here goes my first review on MDL...This was my first Chinese drama in years, and I enjoyed it a lot more than expected. The 51 episodes did not seem too long, and I was all in for the characters and their connections.
Like most, I was less than satisfied with the ending but honestly, I thought the acting in the drama was fantastic, and I was really caught up between which male lead I liked more. I was wholeheartedly invested in the story!
Try it out for yourself, and see if you don't get charmed by Ariel, Bin Bin, and Austin (and the side characters like grandpa)!

Off the charts chemistry
I just finished binging this show over 5 days, yes all 55 episodes and didn't skip anything. I know this drama has mixed reviews as some would prefer more romance, but I personally enjoyed the slow burn romance. The chemistry between Lu Yi and Jin Xia was truly off the charts, and even though I didn't go into the drama thinking that Ren Jia Lun was very attractive, I have now come out a huge fan. His gaze is irresistible.. I could've gone without some of the romance from the side characters but that's alright. Don't sleep on this drama!¿Te ha parecido útil esta reseña?
