Best Korean BL

Okay I am no reviewer but I do want to give my opinion about this BL. I think it's safe to say that in my opinion this was the best Korean BL I have seen. I loved everything about it. I loved the pace of this drama a lot, it wasn't rushed, which I loved. The storyline was good and it even showed how Sang Woo slowly changed and the patience of Jae young was also brilliant. The chemistry was amazing between the two actors and the way they just gave their everything, I loved it so much.

Also can I say that there were a lot of kisses in this drama which I wasn't used to especially for a Korean BL and the kisses were really good, especially that one. I was holding my breath the entire time, the built up tension and the chemistry were seriously on point. This BL is definitely in my top 3 best BL's so far.

Thank you to Seo Ham & Jae chan for giving this BL their all and for being so amazing. Seo Ham, I wish you luck with your enlistment, I a definitely looking forward to your future projects and Jae Chan good luck in your lovely career of course!!

First of all, the movie itself is phemominal. I watched it before being nominated in the Ocars. Aside Park Seo Joon guests in the movie, if you didn't noticed him. I knowed some of the cast already. The father in the ricb family was with IU called My Mister. Watch it!! The sister in Wooshik's character's family was in a drama called Cinderella and the Four Knights. I didn't recognized her because of her long hair. Hahahah, also watch that too.

Second, I love the suspended of the movie. Didn't expected the ending before. Hahahah, I was shocked the first time seeing it. It deserved the nomination and the Best Picture in the Ocars. I hope this is the start of where Asians can be nominated in a American Awards and see that Asians are also good at story-telling.

P.S. I don't understand why the Westerns don't like reading subtitles. Theh won't hurt you but they are a great help in the society.

WATCH ROY RAK! IT'S A GREAT DRAMA.

STORY - I think the story line is so good. It's definitely better than Roy Fun Tawan Duerd. I love Mario and Taew's cuteness! They are a calm couple. They don't bicker at each other, they don't fight because they love and TRUST each other. The only problems are what is happening around them. Such as family issues and Aiko. They are such a cute and calm couple. A little romantic too! I enjoyed the story a lot.

ACTING - Mario, Taew, and the other actors did a great job acting. I love Mario's fierce character. and I love Taew's ladylike, gentle character. I think Aiko's strong, mean character is good too. she is a good actress! I love Taro as well. He is one of my favorites! Let us not forget about Nadech and Yaya. I liked them way better in this part than their own part. I love it every time they bicker. They are a cute couple too, but I like Takeshi and Seiko better.

MUSIC - The music is amazing. It is pretty catchy. I would say the music in Roy Fun Tawan Duerd is more catchy than in Roy Rak Hak Liam Tawan. Roy Rak's songs are still good though!

REWATCH - I would not necessarily rewatch this because it can get confusing. It is not so easy of a story line. I think if you rewatch it, your mind will get kind of stuck at the story line even though you've already watched it. I think it is kind of boring and you should only rewatch your favorite scenes. This drama is also NOT DRAGGY AT ALL. I think it has a perfect speed!

OVERALL - 8.5!!!!! I think this is a great drama and YOU ALL should definitely watch this. Don't SKIP this part of the series to go to NY. I think this part is just as fun and important as Roy Fun. :) I love Takeshi and Seiko or Tawan and Praewdao ❤

I’m a little bit late on this one. But I finished it and decided to share my thoughts. It would be lie if I said that I wasn’t cautious before starting this. To be honest Suzy is not necessarily my favourite actress. I’m ok with Lee Jong Suk and since people around me were praising this drama so much I decided to give this a try.

Story:
I liked the idea of the story. It’s not particularly new since I watched a few movies and dramas with a similar idea, but “While You Were Sleeping” told the story in a really nice way. I liked the fact, that Hong Ju gave up on saving people after all those horrifying years just to learn how to use her ability in order to save people. With help of people around her obviously. However, in the middle of the drama it was less about that dreaming of the future part which I found a little bit sad. Even though Lawyer Lee was the villain here, he never really strikes me as one and I was desperately waiting for some villain I can passionately hate. Not that Lawyer Lee was not hateable, but he was rather dull as the main villain. And there were some plot holes that got me confused but then again there is no drama with no plot holes, right?  – of course opinions differ so please don’t feel offended :)

Acting/Cast:
I was pleasantly surprised by Suzys improvements and though I wouldn’t call her an awesome actress yet, she did definitely better than in Uncontrollably Fond. The cast overall was well picked with my favourites Jung Hae In (as the adorable and charming Woo Tak who won my heart in a matter of minutes) and Kim Won Hae who did an superb job as Detective Choi! I loved the people in the prosecutor office – how they bicker and fight and stand with each other when it’s needed! Hong Joo’s mom war likable and also Jae Chans brother and his girlfriend – those two seriously need their own drama apart from Page Turner – are enjoyable characters. What I always liked about Lee Jong Suk – and I’m not even a fan – is that he is really good at delivering comical moments! You just laugh about him or feel second-hand embarrassment! Lee Sang Yeob was also convincing (and I like this actor in general) but I wished the script gave us more of him. Maybe a little bit more background story.

Music:
Was good. I like the soundtrack. Funny enough I never realised that Suzy was a decent singer – although I knew she was an idol. I liked almost all the songs. The arrangement of music and scenes was also well made. The music helped a lot in getting the viewer in the right emotion.

Rewatch value:
I’d probably watch a few scenes again. But I don’t think I would watch the whole drama again. Not because it was not good but for me it was an enjoyable ride but it’s okay that it’s over. Maybe it’s only because I just finished it a days ago. But as of now I’m good with what I saw and focus on other stories to see :)

Overall:
It’s a well-made drama with a lot of romance. But funny enough at some point the romance was not even what I was mainly interested in. I mean I liked Hong Ju and Jae Chan together and I had never a doubt that those two were meant to be – but maybe that’s exactly why I enjoyed their scenes, but I was even more happy to see all of our side characters having their moments. The chemistry of all those people in their own circle – Woo Tak & his adorable Sunbae / the prosecutors and their teams! Detective Choi just with everyone!! – was so amazing that I was basically smiling as soon as they appeared on my screen in all their adorableness. I think rather than the main romance and all those cases in that drama the chemistry of the cast did the most to me! I fondly remember them and those were probably the moments I would rewatch. I just loved how much they cared for each other, how they joked with each other and fought for what they thought was right. There were also some episodes that addressed social issues in Korea which was also really nice. So, I can say, if you want to watch an adorable cast with great chemistry, a story that maybe could give you more but did still a decent job and a lot of hilarious as well as some heart-wrenching moments, I’d recommend “While You Were Sleeping”.

Oh man, I love this movie! I was thrilled to watch this since afterlife and grim reapers story plot constantly made me curious. It is always been one of my favorite genres.

Along with the gods got me to think of my own life. I was almost convinced that I might go for 7 trials when I die and be resurrected. But since this movie serves as a doorway for realization about human’s sin and punishment afterlife, it is hard for me not to contemplate about what I have done on this earth and all the decisions I have made and will make.

Back to the movie, this film packed with supernatural action and heart-wrenching stories at all the right moment with a fair balance of dark reality and comic break. It will take you to a roller coaster of emotion carried by the good performances of the main actors along with the strong plot conviction.

Character-wise is simply relatable with the essence of virtues rooted within. The stunts and the scenes were executed perfectly. The CGI is not that good compares to Hollywood but still, the visuals are quite decent and appealing plus the action sequences are fast-paced and never boring.

This movie may sound perfect, but it is for me. I totally enjoyed it. I have anticipated also the next sequel which they will show the past lives of our three grim reapers, I think I am more excited for it.

Obviously, got to rate this 10/10. I acknowledge the purpose of this film is to teach us lessons although it is somehow obvious in every day – that we should lead a life with a forgiving and righteous heart amidst of all the struggles and challenges.

One critical problem.

I have a problem with this drama. Look, I loved the concept but one thing that falls apart is the very thing this series is revolving in: Nanno. Nanno is omniscient which makes everything so predictable. The only thing the omniscient Nanno was executed properly was on episode 2 which kind of needed Nanno to be omniscient. But as for everything else, I would have preferred it to have another leading character except for Nanno. Having Nanno makes everything so predictable, and instead of it being a mystery, this seems more like a documentary. Also, there are times that Nanno feels very... odd. She feels very different each episode, very inconsistent. I mean that could be a style, but I would have liked it better if each episode focused on a different girl character but with the same actress.

The concept of Nanno is so flawed that I would have wished her to be gone instead. *Sigh*

Acho que esse drama tinha muito potencial, muitos detalhes a ser explorado. O irmão da Mi ran, qual era a doença dele? o que o estudo criogênico influenciaria em pessoas como ele? O doutor não estava congelado? mas não vi ele testando em si mesmo o reagente para voltar a temperatura normal. Acho que faltou algo na história para chamar atenção dos espectadores mas o casal foi o que me manteve até a reta final, o personagem Ma Dong-Chan muito carismático, o jeitinho dele putz, chang wook atuou super bem e a atriz tbm. Se você quer ver um dorama leve e com personagens descontraídos e quer rir, vá em frente mas não espere muito da trama no quesito do projeto criônico.

Had me crying

This is my first review on MDL after watching 200+ dramas so sorry if this is short and awkward.

This drama had me hooked all the way through and I binged it within 3 days.
18 again definitely ranks in the top 10 dramas I've watched in terms of ability to captivate my attention.

The family dynamic and the hidden/unspoken feelings of the characters for each other reminded me of my own parents and everything they've sacrificed for me and my brother.
The script and acting made each and every emotion vividly clear and had be bawling at multiple points.

I also loved Lee Haneul and all of the acting in this drama was spectacular.

An amazing drama despite of

My first watch impression of the ending: I am not sure why I felt disappointed, I can pin down why I felt underwhelmed. Maybe because we didn’t get a dramatic kissing scene between leads or the climax and anticipation was awesome leading up to the last episode and it felt like an average happy ending to me.

Despite my first take on the ending I will still rate this drama a 10/10. It was an awesome watch each week, even though the plot has all the normal Kdrama tropes, I thoroughly enjoyed all of it. All the actors were amazing, I felt moved to anger, tears, sadness, silliness, & happiness in each of their scenes. I was part of their journey, and didn’t want to miss a thing. Now I am will solely focus on the Lovely Runner. My eyes will take a break from crying each weekend. Great job to the cast and crew!

The beginning of the show is well structured, and the tension is built. We have a taste of psychology between humans in the case of disaster, selfishness, their greed. Happiness shows how far people can go for their own happiness but at the same time, its value. All the characters have different visions of happiness and the way to reach it, for the main characters a simple life where the most important part is the people surrounding them. some ways are worst than others but all had the same goal of happiness.
The thing I like :
-Zombies, I enjoy zombies movie a lot and mostly because it exploited the subject of end of the word, where we can see the weakness of humans. Easly by fear, they do horrible choices and all the evolution in their mind that make them act horribly.
-the cast, they play perfectly and immerse us in the series.
- Characters, diverse roles, and archetypes are shown and exploited.
-The build-up, each element add until the middle of the show fit perfectly

The thing I didn't like
-The ending, how quickly done he looks. If the point of the drama was the race of happiness, the ending is neither moral nor complete. We don't see what happen to other character or how ex-zombies manage to enter society or the trauma of the victims.

Love only step brother love

I like the step brother love only, everyone like yong jie and he was the best so give him full marks, other couple I dislike not handsome at all ! So if someone hate them pls get lost ok, u are totally suck and please leave BL too ! Dont talk nonsense here. Yong jie and his brother love make me want to watch more and more, his brother was so soft and yong jie was scheming and cool, his acting was really good and I love the rxxx scene omg ! Recommend this 2 ❤ Mostly I like the guy who are brave to go for his love not like coward everything also hard to confess with his true feeling, in chinese online site, everyone love yong jie and his brother ❤ keep going 😘
