SWEET, SHORT, CONCISE, BUT FULFILLING
Mar. 10, 2022OMFG, Sematic Error adaptation is just chef's kiss. As someone who has read the manhwa of it, I try not to compare them together as obviously this is an adaptation and that there are some differences. But I just wanna throw it out here that for those who wanna see more details and understand each lead, PLEASE READ THE MANHWA. It's really good.
Is there even more to say? The leads are lovely, I want them so much. Can I please have both of them ?
But as with most Korean BLs, this is for someone who wants a concise and easy to follow the plot. If you are looking for yk the typical full-length kdramas, this is ain’t it for you! But please really do consider reading the manhwas as well. They are both awesomeee!!!

GOT RID OF MY KDRAMA SLUMP AND AT THE SAME TIME CAUSED IT
thank you for getting rid of my kdrama slump but also causing it now LOLanyway, long story short i love it since every ep was like a book you can't put down however i feel like i need more baekhong happy moments!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
whoever decided on the cast deserves a bigger salary! thank you casting ksh & kjw, their chemistry is on the roof like WHAT THE HECK just by standing next to each other I WAS DYIIIIING
the acting skills of all the actors was SO GOOD! you can really feel their hardwork and effort to bring the characters into life.
i was actually so annoyed with all the sub plots (!!!!!!!!!!!) and how the villains kept on winning in every episode since the more they win, the more screentime and i just NEED my fluffy happy funny baekhong moments!
i'll definitely miss anticipating every episode and seeing ksh & kjw together! :((((

A Solid Action thriller with an unconvincing climax
Vagabond is exceptional in terms of it's script writing the writers are their own ways to shock, mesmerize and worry with their unpredictable twists. Right from the beginning the writer tries to make us connect hard with the agony of the protagonist with the death of their nephew that actually worked pretty well right from the beginning we want the protagonist to win badly which in turn builds up a lot of tension in every moment. The writer shocks us with a lot of unpredictable twists and the character developments and makes the antagonists stronger as the story proceeds which makes the main protagonist more sympathetic. The chemistry between the Lead pair basically between the NIS agent and the stuntman was excellent throughout but the way it progress towards the end is quite disappointing. The whole point of the writer in the final portions is to make up as many twists as possible eventhough it's quite illogical. The reveal of Samuel was very shocking but digging deep into it can get me a lot of Loopholes. "How can Sameul be so confident on getting the main witness to the court to win this case when the entire government is stopping them? " It's quite illogical and portrays Samuel as lucky in winning the case rather than making him a master planner. Apart from these Loopholes and an unconvincing ending Vagabond is an edge of the seat thriller with great action Stunts, twists and dramatic presentation.¿Te ha parecido útil esta reseña?

a genuine unscripted dating show with a slight flaw
in all honesty i started this sjow for jia and the edits i saw on insta lol but i got wayyyyy more hooked that i thought i would.....the couples at the end were the best and made me veryyy happy and since i just finished watching it i might blabble a lot rnthe location was pretty but couldve been better i think and they definitely need a soundtrack to stand out. also i think theres going to be more season innthe future so i hope they come up with better music and locations.
so starting with the introductions to the cast i think i instantly fell in love with the members and also they are all so hot....jin taek and jia had the biggest overall impressions on me cuz they looked confident and unique
onto my instant personal ships i wanted sehoon with soyeon lol ik kinda weird but the whole cooking they did for the first time it felt as if they clicked well together and the second one was definitely jia and hyeon jung cuz of the little gestures he did towards her. and other than that no one seemed to click
instantly my most fav couple was jin taek and soyeon cuz they mutually liked each other and were very comfortable until jin taek became a little weird and went with jiyeon (not like he cant but he also kinda lied so......) the whole drama with sehoon broke me sooooo bad and then soyeon liking sehoon while jin taek was with both jiyeon and soyeon made me veryyyy confused as to who i should ship whom with but thankfully all ended well
the flaw i think the show had was adding three extra members in the middle of the show.......i think they did it to kinda create more drama or something cuz they very much succeeded im that. all three of the new members did not end with anyone despite having feelings for them cuz obviously four days is enough for the members to choose a person and now theres three others who are just trying to come in between (no hate intented)
jia and hyeon jung ending up together was the best part of the show and i felt veryyyy bad for si hun but then again it feels like he didnt put enough effort on any member other than jia and i did see some ppl talking how he shouldve chosen sumin instead but like they didnt even have any chemistry and he had every right to go for whoever he wanted
yewon is extremely pretty and very charming which is why i kinda shipped her with hyeon sung who kinda seemed interested in her......i dont mind her being with jun sik cuz if shes happy then idc but i feel like she deserves better (sorry lol)
lastly i will say they i reallyyyyy enjoyed the show and i think everyone should watch it bcuz despite having drama and kinda awkwardness everything was put together really well and i love the cast. hoping for second season where i can see sihun, sumin, hyeon sung and minji(i love her to death) have a partner lol.

Calma! Vale a pena, assistam sim.
Fighting!

I have to admit I was not blown away. I love Pete and Kao as a couple and it was good to see their moments together. I felt that the Non character was utterly ridiculous. They built that whole thing up just to throw in a bit of angst and it just didn’t work.
I did like the Mork/Sun storyline but at the same time I found Sun to be a bit of a creeper. I’d prefer Mork with Non that with Sun - rich boy Non and thuggish (poor?) Mork. I might have to check AO3 for any fanfic of that pairing...
I don’t feel inspired to watch this series again although I did enjoy it, there’s nothing screaming at me to repeat. Perhaps it’s shallow reasons... all such attractive main actors but none of them ‘do it’ for me like Krist or Bright do.

ONE OF THE BEST CDRAMA EVER, INTRIGUING PLOT
Watched it because of the main leads, rewatched it and still loved it. The plot is eyecatching, intriguing even with some predictable thing not excessively. Every character is well developed, and i particularly liked Tian Qi and Mu Xiao Yan. Flashbacks can seem overused but don't ruin the story, they work as starting point for character development. I liked the 2ML couple too, because of their feelings. A big surprise about the villain during the development of the story, written in some particular way. The story flows with a great pace, with high an low like a roller-coaster, and i really liked it. OST IS WONDERFUL. Another thing i liked was the fact that each character has an element who marks the changes of his personality in a clear way, it was superb. Since it's set in fashion industry, you see a lot of good sense of fashion, loved it.The ending is bittersweet, very heartwarming and touching from a side, and sad from the other side, but i liked it. I find it perfectly fit for the story, to cut the fairytale and Cinderella vibes.
I really loved this drama and i find it almost realistic in a lot of way.
Very recommended.
I can confirm this is my second favorite Chinese drama.
